This project uses the RT-MES in-depth manufacturing execution system to realize that the same production line can polish multiple models of products to meet the simultaneous processing of multiple varieties and batches, so that the automatic polishing conveyor line has the capacity of multi-product mixed line production; at the same time, product information can be traced, And can make real-time reminders to workshop managers. After the system covers the entire factory, an unmanned factory is realized.

At the same time, according to the input product production distribution plan and the actual product model and quantity on the conveyor line, the production personnel will be reminded and guided in real time; in addition, the original control system of the polishing conveyor line is communicated and docked to obtain the production information of the production line, such as Product model, pallet ID number, quantity, planned processing number, actual completed number and other data, and the above data can be displayed on the large LED/LCD screen of the workshop. The RFID read-write controller set in the processing station reads the information conveyed to the pallet at the processing station and compares it with the dispatch code issued by the MES system. The Haofang RT-MES system should be simple to operate, accurate and reliable in data recording, and can be remotely inquired through the computer at any time.
In this project, the system adopts a mixed network architecture mode of Ethernet and Profibus DP bus to ensure the real-time performance of data when a large amount of data is exchanged, and it can operate stably and reliably in harsh industrial environments.
