1. Description of customer needs:
The customer needs to display the real-time temperature of the equipment in the workshop of the air-conditioning manufacturing site on the PC interface through wireless transmission.
2. Brief description of the monitoring system:
The temperature monitoring system of Xinli Technology uses smart temperature sensors to collect relevant temperature data and upload them to the smart gateway wirelessly. The smart gateway processes the received data and uploads it to the monitoring center server through RS485. The monitoring center server is installed with host computer monitoring software. After analyzing and processing the data transmitted from the intelligent gateway, the temperature parameters of the monitoring points in the workshop are displayed intuitively.
3. Description of technical parameters:
①PC interface temperature display: read the WN61 (4002H) buffer value data through the host computer software and then display it on the host computer interface.
②Historical curve: The real-time temperature of the measuring point is collected and displayed intuitively in the form of a curve on the host computer.
③Report system: It collects the real-time temperature of the measuring point and displays it in the form of a report on the host computer, and provides functions such as report query, storage, and printing.
