In addition, when the worker at the station is monitored, the monitoring result will be input into the computer, so that the computer can bind the monitoring result with the read steel pipe number and upload it to the server for data storage.
In this system, when the reader/writer of each station uploads the serial number to the computer, the system records the system time at the same time. The manager can determine whether there is a worker deliberately through the operation time of the steel pipe at each station Backlog, postpone the operation of steel pipes, you can also clearly understand the entire production process of each steel pipe, and accurately grasp the performance parameters of the steel pipe.
