Enterprises have not yet realized the importance and convenience of information sharing. Now, with the continuous development of all-in-one card technology, integrating many businesses and providing platform-style integrated services has become the main theme of the new generation of all-in-one card market.

The implementation characteristics of this project: multiple departments and multiple computer workstations simultaneously use the system to work together, software sub-department, etc., up to 3 levels of use authority, simplified Chinese, SQL database for all subsystems, TCP/IP+485 networking mode, shared by all subsystems 1 database, no mistakes in reading or writing by card, data of attendance consumption cannot be lost or mistaken, and the time of attendance machine is accurate.

According to the layout of the office building and factory area of ​​Fangtai Company, especially the strict requirements for access control, it chose to use TCP/IP communication-based one-control four-access control equipment, credit card attendance machine, and consumer machine. Among them, the access control requirements are as follows:

1. Card access control; different users can set different permissions; permissions are assigned in groups by region; door opening can be authorized remotely;

2. Time zone, holidays, validity period, access area control

3. Abnormally turn on the alarm function; blacklist alarm

4. Multiple door opening methods, hardware can cross gateways

5. Fire-fighting linkage, through a fire-fighting linkage signal input, all doors on each floor can be controlled separately and all doors of the entire factory can be forced to open

6. Provide a linkage control signal to the closed-circuit television monitoring system, and start the camera to monitor and record the relevant area.

7. Access control data can be transmitted to the server in real time, and the data can be counted and processed as needed
