3. 1 System Overview

1) Distribute a passive tag for each factory employee, store a unique ID number as the unique identification of the employee, and store simple information of the employee: name, title, contact information, department, etc.;

2) Install a passive fixed reader at the entrance of the administrative building and the production workshop respectively, and each employee with a tag who wants to enter must automatically swipe the tag when passing through the door;

3) Set access permissions for the employee tags of different departments, divided into administrative employee tags and workshop workers tags. After setting permissions, employees can only enter the factory that they allow. If they enter unauthorized areas without authorization, the card reader will Automatically recognize and cause an alarm prompt.

4) Install card readers in the workshops of each program flow, and set the same permissions. Employees in the production process 1 workshop are not allowed to enter the workshop of the process 2 workshop without authorization, otherwise the reader will alarm when entering.
