Application of high temperature resistant ultra-thin label in the production of golf clubs
[ad_1]
1. Background
The company is mainly engaged in the production and manufacture of high-end clubs and balls. It has been engaged in farming in this industry for a long time. It exports complete golf clubs and clubs to Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States. It has been tracking and understanding the production progress during the reproduction process. It is a difficult problem for customers. The high temperature and production process make the previous barcode technology beyond reach. The process can basically only be managed manually, which is extremely troublesome and not standardized.
2. Advantages of RFID technology
In this project, the main advantages of RFID are: long-distance ball data collection, multi-tag reading, tags do not necessarily appear on the outside of the club, and the process can withstand the inspection of the production process.
Third, the implementation of the program
The production of cue sticks is from powdered material to carbon fiber material one by one, and then rolled and cast into a stick shape. The process requires professional high-temperature molding processing. We also use RFID technology to intervene from the second stage, attaching RFID electronic tags to On the material of each carbon fiber, die-casting molding process is carried out together, and the production of the product is tracked in the future.
4. Project Difficulties
1. High temperature requirements, the molding process needs to accept a high temperature of 200 degrees;
2. The label needs to be thin enough to not affect the production appearance and feel of the club;
3. The production of clubs is huge every year, so the cost of the label needs to be low enough, at least to reach the acceptable range of the manufacturer.
5. Products used in the project
In view of the specific situation of the project, we provide customers with RFID four-channel readers, RFID handheld terminals, RFID high-temperature electronic tags, and RFID antennas.
RFID four-channel reader adopts indyR2000 high-performance reader.
The handheld terminal uses UROVO ultra-high frequency handheld SFH-V5000S
The electronic label adopts the high-temperature-resistant ultra-thin electronic label SFL-N200, which is ultra-thin and consistent with the thickness of the inlay.
In summary, since the implementation of the project, customers are very satisfied with the use of labels, the production process has realized transparent management, the cost has been effectively controlled, and the waste of expensive materials has also been greatly reduced.
