The Huiyang Beckhoff Chemical Storage Tank Material Level and Temperature Monitoring System is a cooperative project of Xinli Technology’s wireless product application in the chemical industry. The project monitors the liquid level and temperature of the material storage tanks in the Huiyang Beckhoff Chemical Plant in real time. The materials in the storage tank are methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, crude toluene, methyl ester, and methanol.
The data monitored by the system is wirelessly connected to the wireless sensor network system of Xinli Technology, and the on-site environment is monitored in real time through the upper monitoring platform.

1. Project background
The chemical industry is a high-risk industry. Since the production area is a flammable and explosive area, it is an inevitable move for the development of the factory to adopt modern technology and realize digital remote monitoring in the production area.
2. Project requirements
In strict accordance with the “General Technical Specifications for the Safety Monitoring of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals”, the products selected in the design are configured in accordance with the “Specifications for the Installation of On-site Safety Monitoring Equipment for Irrigation Areas with Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals”. It mainly monitors the liquid level and temperature information in 6 storage tanks at the chemical site. The materials in the storage tanks are methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, crude toluene, methyl ester, and methanol, which are flammable and explosive liquids.
3. Scheme design
The monitoring system is a hierarchical distributed network structure, consisting of a device layer, a wireless network transmission layer, and a monitoring layer. The device layer is mainly composed of wireless liquid level sensors, wireless temperature sensors and other control equipment; the wireless network transmission layer is mainly composed of wireless The data transmission device, wireless management device and other equipment are composed; the monitoring layer is composed of computer, monitoring software and other main equipment.
