Recently, a telescopic door swiping system has just been implemented. This telescopic door is exclusively for people to pass (if the vehicle passes, the principle is the same). This telescopic door is modified by a friend by himself. I renovated its telescopic door and require that the retractable door has: open , Close and Stop three normally open operation buttons, and the retractable door automatically stops when it is opened and closed. Active infrared beams are installed on both sides of the door.

The specific control instructions are as follows:

1. When the retractable door is opened by manual opening and closing control, the system control host does not automatically control it. Even if the retractable door is manually opened or closed to a half-open state, the system does not automatically control it. This function must satisfy manual release. For some large flow of people, frequent entry and exit when moving objects, peak flow of people, or even fire alarms and other emergencies, if you need to manually open the door and keep the door open, this system only automatically controls the door after swiping the card;

2. When someone enters and exits the card and the output is valid, the system will output a pulse-conducted door opening signal (pulse time is 0.5 seconds) regardless of whether the door is in “closed position”, and keep the effective state of the door opening signal until Automatically detect the door “open in place”, A. If a person is detected in the process of opening the door even though it has not been opened in place, the door will be closed automatically after a delay of 2 seconds; B. It will be detected after the door is opened in place. When there are many people passing by, the time delay is always started with each passing person. When the last person passes, the door will be closed automatically after a delay of 2 seconds; C. If the door is opened, it is not detected until the door is opened. When a person passes by, the door will automatically close after 5 seconds after the door is in place; D. After the door is opened in place, if someone has been blocking the infrared, then the automatic door closing procedure must start to delay for 2 seconds after the person leaves the infrared. Timing; (Similarly, the pulse delay of the system door closing signal output is 0.5 seconds)

3. Regardless of whether it is under automatic or manual control, as long as someone is detected during the door closing process, it will immediately output a one-second delay stop closing signal until the door stops (if the door does not stop, every one second The clock outputs a stop signal);

4. During the process of automatic closing of the retractable door (as long as the door is not closed in place), if someone is detected to block the infrared, it will stop immediately and continue to close the door automatically within 3 seconds after the person passes. If someone passes by at this time, Always start timing when everyone passes by. When the last person passes by, the door will be closed automatically after a delay of 3 seconds. This action will automatically run according to the above-mentioned control process when someone passes by and shields the infrared when the door is closed. (When a person has been blocking the infrared, the system will wait for the person to pass by and start the time delay) until the door continues to close until it detects that the door is closed in place, the control program cycle stops at this point;

5. When the program starts to open the door by swiping the card, in the process of automatic door closing and opening, the door switch action is stopped due to equipment failure or when the stop button is manually pressed in an emergency (this button includes: connected to the system control host (Emergency button and manual stop button) The system control program cycle stop, the door must be manually opened, closed to reset.

6. The system will automatically output a stop signal whether it is in the process of automatically closing the door after swiping the card to open the door or in the process of manually closing the door manually if someone blocks the infrared, but in the process of automatically closing the door, the door is blocked and the door is blocked and the stop delay 3 The door can still be closed automatically after a second, but in the process of manual manual closing, the door still needs to be closed manually after being blocked and stopped.

7. All the above delay and time parameters can be changed arbitrarily, as long as you double-click the time relay in the software with the mouse, a dialog window for setting the time will appear for setting;
