The company’s predecessor was Ningbo Huatong Electrical Appliances Complete Factory. The group now covers an area of ​​400,000 square meters, including a construction area of ​​180,000 square meters, total assets of 328 million yuan, and more than 820 employees, including 220 engineering and technical personnel.

The overall planning of Huatong’s one-card system includes two application systems, attendance management and consumption management, which were implemented in two phases. In the first phase, the personnel attendance system was implemented, and a total of 2 attendance points were used. The attendance of 800 people in three shifts was realized; the second phase implemented the canteen selling system, with 4 selling points and 1 recharging point.

Shengen SN platform system:The SN platform system is adopted to enable Dashboard’s product data to be shared with enterprise SAP personnel management system, attendance, canteen and other data. Responsible for supporting the data of the entire SN system, ensuring the synchronization and timely update of the data among the various subsystems of the SN system, between the terminal equipment and the central database, and between the system and each docking management system.

SN integrated consumption management system:There are 4 consumption points in the whole factory, concentrated in one canteen. The recharge system is also planned in the canteen, and the recharge can be consumed immediately. The recharged amount is directly uploaded to the card system server through the 485 bus for collection and analysis.

Attendance Management System:With nearly 2 attendance points, it satisfied the attendance management work of nearly 1,000 people in Huatong Company, and saved a lot of manpower and material resources.

Card service management platform system:Responsible for the comprehensive business of 800 cardholders in the whole factory, divided into individual and batch businesses, including account opening, authorization, withdrawal, card replacement, loss/unlinking, freezing/unfreezing, card transfer, inquiry, identity parameter maintenance, and cash Recharge etc.

Integrated settlement management system:It mainly realizes the unified settlement and management of 800 employee card accounts, and is responsible for the management, inquiry, statistical analysis of the consumption and settlement of each account of the employee card, and the reconciliation of cardholders’ bills.
