TBL Huaqing Kesheng Wanli Tire Project is an in-plant logistics information system project of Wanli Tire’s Hefei factory in Anhui. Wanli Hefei Plant is a new plant that was put into operation in 2016. This plant is a world-class tire manufacturing plant jointly invested and constructed by Wanli Tire Co., Ltd. and Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd.. It was positioned as an intelligent manufacturing plant at the beginning of its establishment, with a total investment of 14.28. It covers an area of 500 acres.
Wanli Tire’s Hefei plant wants to use the “most powerful brain” MES system to “open up” all equipment, robots, and technological processes, so as to achieve intelligence in the entire field, automation in the entire process, and green in all aspects. Therefore, it is indispensable to collect and transform data in the lower-level production process. Huaqing Kesheng realizes automatic data collection and recording through its mature RFID technology and Noah middleware platform, and provides it to the brain “MES system” to help Intelligent logistics in Hefei factory.

In order to realize the intelligentization of logistics information in the Hefei factory of Wanli Tire, TBL Huaqing Kesheng designed the overall plan according to its specific situation. After many on-site inspections and improvements, it finally determined the RFID and middleware suitable for Wanli Hefei factory. System solutions.
Huaqing Kesheng implemented this program in Wanli’s three major workshops: rubber mixing, preparation, and forming. Through the RFID production tracking system, the automatic collection and recording of data during the tire production process was completed, and the relevant data was provided to the upper MES system. Realize the real-time feedback of production site data, rapid material identification, information writing, abnormal situation alarm and seamless transfer of material turnover, which greatly improves the efficiency of on-site personnel execution.

The application of Huaqing Kesheng’s Noah middleware platform in Wanli factory also solves the problems of on-site RFID equipment integration, reliability monitoring and data security, ensuring the long-term and reliable operation of the system.
Now the whole production process of Wanli Tire Hefei factory uses RFID production tracking system and MES system to distinguish and bind tire specifications and inspection results. The production time of a single tire’s entire process flow has been reduced from 48 hours to 30 hours, and the per capita output value reached 332.58. 10,000 yuan/year, which is three times that of the traditional model and the highest production efficiency in the domestic tire industry.
