Yuan Chuan said that with its rich experience in enterprise customization in IoT technology, the company assisted Yadong Petrochemical to build an exclusive smart inspection system. After this system is online, the information of each inspection link will be connected to the Internet during the handover. Upload to the company’s cloud database; if there is an abnormality, the system will issue a real-time warning, and the reliable equipment can also be quickly reviewed to confirm the situation; the new generation of intelligent inspection system platform will be gradually copied to others after it is launched in Guanyin Factory in November The plant area is also planned to be introduced in the third plant that will be completed next year. By then, Yadong Petrochemical’s production risk prevention layout will be more complete.
Yadong Petrochemical said that there is a special feature at the production site, that is, industrial safety operators are on duty 24 hours a day, three shifts, while patrolling and copying the operation data of more than 200 equipment in the responsibility area. If abnormal data cannot be ruled out, it should be noted on the form and reported to the production site director for follow-up processing; however, such a paper operation process is not easy to predict the wear and tear of equipment parts, and it is difficult to prevent potential risks.
