1. Orange production and processing part of agricultural product base
The production equipment used in this project was purchased from a company in New Zealand. Bingtang oranges are first processed by automatic cleaning equipment and automatic drying equipment; then through the automatic spectrum monitoring system, the sweetness and sugar content of oranges can be automatically detected, so that oranges with a sweetness between 11 and 16 can be screened out. 2. Unitized cold chain logistics distribution part

3. RFID asset management system
First, each pallet will be equipped with an RFID tag provided by Anwar Logistics System Co., Ltd., and each pallet will be given a unique ID number. When performing outbound shipment operations, the system first scans the pallet with an RFID handheld scanning terminal Then enter the number of layers placed on the turnover basket on the tray in the information system to realize the binding of the tray information and the turnover basket information. At the same time, the information related to this shipment is entered in the information system. When the pallet arrives at the destination warehouse, the outbound number is entered in the system, and the inbound information is checked through the RFID handheld scanning terminal. After the inspection is correct, the inbound operation is completed.

4. Temperature monitoring system throughout the process
A Smartcool temperature monitoring terminal developed by Anhua Logistics System will be placed in each vehicle product sent out to record the temperature information at every moment of the product transportation process in real time. When the delivery vehicle arrives at the destination warehouse, insert the temperature recording terminal into the computer, and display the temperature information on the way through the Smartcool system, so as to control the vehicle’s transportation within the required range.

5. GPS full monitoring system
