1. Application background

At present, companies use manual inspections and manual paper-based media recording. These methods have many defects such as many human factors, high management costs, inability to supervise the work of inspection personnel, and low level of informationization in inspections.

2. Application case

A Japanese-funded enterprise produces flexible circuit boards, all products are exported, and the yield rate is only 50%. The operation of the production equipment is directly related to the quality of the product. How to grasp the operating status of the equipment at any time and improve the yield rate has become an important issue for production management.

The company’s management consultants have communicated with customers many times. Considering the complex and changeable operating environment of the equipment, such as high temperature, strong earthquakes, and corrosiveness, our company recommends that customers use RFID electronic tags and sensors to collect relevant information.

The entire project is divided into two phases.

The first phase: Use RFID electronic tags to identify inspection items, paste electronic tags on the equipment, and write a unique ID number to each tag, and each ID number represents a different inspection item. The workshop personnel hold the handset to input different inspection contents by identifying different tags, including daily inspection, weekly inspection, shift inspection……. A check program developed by our company is installed on the handheld. The first phase of the project has been successfully completed.

The second period: Taking into account the errors and cheatability of the personnel manually entering the information. We install sensors on the equipment, and use the sensors to collect the operating conditions of the equipment, such as pressure, temperature, and so on. Pass the sensor to the handheld device. When the equipment is running abnormally, the system automatically alarms and informs the management personnel through SMS and other methods.

Three, system introduction

First, fix the electronic tag on the equipment that needs to be inspected; the operator holds the mobile tag reading and writing equipment, and there is a small mobile database inside the handheld (including the detailed information and operating procedures of all the equipment to be inspected); read each time After the label is reached, the relevant equipment information is automatically found from the database, and the operator enters it according to the on-site situation.
