System Overview

RFID technology is used to control the product tracking and supervision of the entire alcohol production, circulation, and sales, and solve the problem that the current alcohol anti-counterfeiting technology cannot track the whole process. The implementation is as follows:

1. Add corresponding nodes in the production management link, embed RFID fragile tags on the caps of each bottle of wine, so that each bottle has a unique identification;

5. The RFID anti-counterfeiting terminal is used in the sales link, and the anti-counterfeiting terminal can be used to conveniently check the authenticity of each bottle of wine and trace its source;

6. Each management link is connected to the data center, which can record and query the entire process of each bottle of wine production, storage, sales and delivery, automatically count the output, sales and other information, monitor the turnover rate and circulation of each box of wine, and achieve anti-counterfeiting and Information management.
