This RFID car wash management system launched by Changzhou Gaote is a software package designed for automatic car wash shops. Through this software, store operators can manage customer files, authorize car washes and track and understand each customer’s car wash records.
Software system characteristics:
1. Unmanned operation for 24 hours
Once the system is started and set up, no additional personnel input is required. Place a valid tag in front of the antenna, and a car wash record is automatically stored in the database. In addition, a barrier can be installed to automatically open for registered tags.
2. Welcome screen display
This software can be installed at the entrance of the car wash. If it is a vehicle with a valid label, it will display the word welcome, and if it is an invalid label, it will display a message that no entry is accepted.
3. Multi-area monitoring
This system can monitor multiple areas, install the main management system software and central database in the headquarters, and install sub-software components in different car wash points. The headquarters creates and exports customer profile data to different car wash points, and the car wash points collect car wash records and send them back to the headquarters.
4. User management
This software requires the user to log in to start running. Users can be divided into different groups, and users in each group can be granted different privileges, such as adding new tags, adding new customers, reviewing customer lists, generating reports and managing users.
5. Custom reports
The car wash record report can be generated by the user specifying different conditions, such as date or customer name.
