Intelligent community electric bicycle RFID anti-theft management solution
[ad_1]
1. Project background
In recent years, electric bicycles can be seen everywhere on the road. Compared with bicycles, it is easier and faster to save effort; compared with cars, it has freer and more environmentally friendly travel, and is not affected by traffic jams, and will not emit exhaust gas that pollutes the beautiful city; and motorcycles In comparison, it is more suitable for the public and easier to operate. With many advantages, electric bicycles are very popular. The subsequent theft of electric bicycles has also occurred one after another, and the current regulations on the management of electric bicycles are not perfect. Most electric bicycles have not been registered and it is difficult to retrieve them after being stolen, and it is difficult to identify the stolen vehicles seized. Owners, the anti-theft management of electric vehicles urgently needs to be strengthened.
At present, the common electric bicycle anti-theft device on the market is a remote-control anti-theft alarm. This type of alarm has high sensitivity and an alarm sound of more than 100 decibels, which can basically meet the needs of general electric bicycle users. However, this type of device has a high false alarm rate. Such as wind and thunder, children playing, etc., may trigger the alarm to alarm. This kind of noise pollution caused by false alarms is serious and disturbing the people. Therefore, most electric bicycle users do not turn on the anti-theft alarm device, which causes some criminals to have a chance. By the way, the theft of electric vehicles is becoming more and more serious.
Recently, GPS positioning anti-theft alarms have appeared in the market. This method has a high cost. If the government finances money, the investment is too large and it is not suitable for promotion. It has been reported that a city invested more than 10 million to install 50,000 electric bicycles for free. This cost-effectiveness is too low; and in the follow-up, it has to cooperate with operators and spend GPRS data charges every month.Compared with the use of Internet of Things technology, the “Electric Vehicle Anti-theft Management System” is technically mature enough, and aRFIDThe cost of the anti-theft system is relatively cheap compared to the cost of electric bicycles or other valuables, and it is easily accepted by the masses, and its development prospects are very broad.
Two, program introduction
This solution adopts advanced RFID ultra-low power consumption technology, which is durable, waterproof and has a lifespan of more than 3 years. It has an internal RFID global unique code, and the device status information is written in the chip. It is bidirectional with the supporting Fuen long-distance reader communication.
This solution not only has the functions of conventional data collection, transmission and two-way communication, but also can diagnose the stolen vehicle in real time and issue an alarm signal. It does not need system software for data processing. It is more suitable for remote and independent areas that cannot be connected to the system.
The “Electric Vehicle Anti-theft Management System” consists of two parts. One is based on the community. A remote reader is installed at the entrance and exit of the community, and data collection and theft alarms are performed on the electric bicycles at the entrance and exit. The security will find out and deal with it in time. The second is to extend to every street and pavement, install remote readers in intersections, entrances of large supermarkets, hospitals, vegetable markets and other areas with multiple people and vehicles, and connect with the social monitoring system, “3.20” project and “110” command center. Network operation, real-time comparison and recording of social electric vehicle operating status and trajectory information, providing more detailed clues for investigating and solving cases.
skills requirement:
Using RFID technology, including electronic tags, readers, and supporting computers and network equipment, each monitoring point needs to be connected to the public security network. On the one hand, it can obtain shared vehicle data, and at the same time, it can compare stolen vehicles.
electronic label:
Each car is equipped with two active RFID electronic tags, one is installed on the electric bicycle, and the other is carried by the owner; the new car is directly installed when the license is on, and it can be installed directly at the registration point.
Fixed reader and handheld reader:
When the electric bicycle passes by, it can obtain electronic tag information and intelligently compare multiple tags. If there is a stolen vehicle, it can produce alarm information in time and send it to the system service platform.
The electronic tags of the vehicles can be collected through the handheld reader, and the stolen vehicles can be found in time.
Matching alarm function:
1. When the electric bicycle passes, the electronic tag information in the vehicle obtained by the system cannot be correctly matched with the electronic tag information carried by the owner, and the alarm signal is uploaded;
2. When the electric bicycle passes, the electronic tag information in the vehicle obtained by the system is correctly matched with the electronic tag information carried by the owner, and the normal data information is uploaded;
3. When the vehicle is not in or out and only the electronic tag carried by the owner passes, only the passing time of this tag is recorded;
Comparison and alarm requirements for stolen vehicles:
After the electric bicycle electronic tag information is obtained by the reader, the system will compare the data with the stolen electric bicycle library through the public security network connected. If the passing vehicle is found to be a stolen vehicle, it will prompt that the vehicle is abnormal and require detailed verification.
3. Operational effectiveness of this program
1) Improve manageability: dual-card association recognition, vehicle information system management, and real-name information system have greatly improved the manageability of electric vehicles.
2) Reduce management costs: Higher efficiency and more controllable bicycle anti-theft measures greatly reduce the probability of electric vehicles being stolen and improve the overall security level.
3) Collect vehicle information comprehensively, and change “traditional” management to “intelligent” management. The vehicle information collected and recorded by the on-board tag enables the electric vehicle to have an informatized identity and becomes an important object of the community police’s basic information collection, effectively strengthening the daily management of the electric vehicle.
4) Real-time monitoring of vehicle trajectory, changing “static” anti-theft to “dynamic” anti-theft. When an electric vehicle in an illegal state passes through the identification area, the alarm information is judged, and the public security police command system is connected in parallel to command the police to search in real time according to the movement trajectory; the public security monitoring system can also be linked to the public security monitoring system to capture the vehicle and obtain the image data of the driver. Provide clues for investigating and solving cases.
5) Effectively increase the vehicle safety factor and change the “limited” protection to “real-time” protection. The anti-theft system is also equipped with a portable handheld device for police and security personnel to conduct dynamic inspections to detect whether there are suspicious vehicles around. When a suspicious target appears, the handheld device will send an alarm, and the security personnel can display the distance and characteristics of the vehicle. Identify suspicious vehicles.
