Anti-counterfeiting solution for plastic raw material packaging based on RFID technology
[ad_1]
In response to the current situation of fraud and package replacement in the South China plastic raw material market and its adverse effects, Shenzhen Plass Business Network cooperated with Shenzhen EDP Center of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, Shenzhen Yuanwanggu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and other institutions and enterprises , Proposed an anti-counterfeiting solution for plastic raw material packaging based on RFID technology, the specific content is as follows:
1. Current status of the plastic raw material market:
1. The physical properties of the related raw materials are the same, but the brand is not uniform;
2. There is a certain price difference between brands, due to the lack of effective supervision, serious fraud, replacement of packages, and unhealthy industry practices, causing certain losses to downstream users;
3. Buyers lack direct, simple and effective tools to identify genuine and fake products;
4. Falsification and package replacement are serious, disrupting the normal market operation order and destroying the basic operating rules of the entire industry;
5. Serious damage to the product credit of the raw material manufacturer and infringement of its legitimate rights and interests;
6. The follow-up products processed by the buyer have quality risks, causing direct and indirect economic losses.
2. The basic principle of RFID technology:
The reader sends a modulated radio frequency power signal to the electronic tag through the antenna. The electronic tag is activated by the radio frequency energy of the reader, and responds after receiving the radio frequency signal and sends out an echo signal with tag data information. The reading distance can be close or far, and multiple RFID tags can be read at the same time. More importantly, RFID can penetrate a variety of objects such as plastics to identify the RFID tags inside the object.
1. The uniqueness of electronic tags
When the electronic label manufacturer manufactures the electronic label chip, it will be assigned a globally unique identification code, which is stored in the chip and can only be read and cannot be changed, ensuring the uniqueness of the electronic label.
2. Installation of electronic tags
The electronic label can be placed inside the plastic material or in the encapsulation of the packaging bag.
RFID anti-counterfeiting technology breaks through the traditional anti-counterfeiting technology thinking, and adopts a brand-new strategy, which has the characteristics of being difficult to forge, easy to identify, unique password, non-copyable, and one-time use.
(1) Each label has a unique ID. This ID cannot be modified, is difficult to imitate, and is not afraid of mechanical abrasion or defacement.
(2) In terms of security, besides the tag ID cannot be imitated, some algorithms can also be used to achieve data security.
(3) There is a process of mutual authentication between the identification device and the electronic label.
Three, the solution
Option One:
1. The Collaborative Alliance provides electronic tags (read-only), arranged and classified according to segment numbers, to each raw material manufacturer, and establishes a corresponding database.
2. The label is sealed in the sealing position. Once the package is opened, the electronic label will be torn and become invalid.
3. Inquiry, the tag information can be read through the handheld card reader device, and the authenticity can be distinguished from the background inquiry.
Option II:
1. The collaboration alliance will read and write labels, according to the original bar code of each chemical plant, encrypted conversion into a set of new data and write it into the electronic label. (The encryption method can be carried out according to the method provided by each manufacturer, which increases the safety factor).
2. The label is sealed in the sealing position. Once the package is opened, the electronic label will be torn and become invalid.
3. Inquiry, the label information can be directly read by the handheld device, which is consistent with the printing code data of the existing packaging of the raw material. Display product information to distinguish authenticity.
4. Low cost and convenience
At present, the single quotation of RFID electronic tags is about 0.6 yuan (more than 10 million yuan). The cost of each card reader is about RMB 2,000. Apple’s iPhone5 and other mobile phones will be set to read RFID tags.
