1. System background:

Continuously monitor the food from the source to the table, form a food safety monitoring database, and conduct risk assessment on the monitoring data. The current traditional market supervision effect is not obvious enough, and government departments need to use information technology to improve the means of administrative law and improve the management level. From mad cow disease, foot-and-mouth disease to water-infused meat, poisoned leeks, problematic milk powder, Sudan Red No. 1, etc., food safety issues are threatening the health of the masses at a time. Solve the adverse effects of food safety issues on the construction of a harmonious society, establish a useful food safety traceability system, find out the links of accidents in the first time, provide the people with food safety warning information in a timely manner, and quickly approve problematic approvals. Food recalls to protect the health of the people are already the primary responsibility of the food supervision department. It is more urgent to formulate and implement safety monitoring of food programs.

The key skill of food safety traceability is data collection skills. The current data collection skills used for food safety traceability are mainly one-dimensional bar codes, RFID and two-dimensional bar codes.

2. System overview:

The system is based on the network environment of the government’s industrial and commercial bureau, including two-level channels and four sub-systems.

The establishment of a city-wide unified central database in the first-level channel is the data management center of the entire system, which will realize the management of traceable data, food recall, monitoring and early warning, and decision-making analysis within the city. The secondary channel consists of a fruit and vegetable traceability sub-system, an animal product traceability sub-system, a pre-packaged food traceability sub-system, and a food traceability sub-system.

4. Food safety traceability principle:

a. In the planting/breeding link of primary agricultural products, the traceability unit is determined according to the planting/breeding plan, and the planting/breeding information is recorded with the traceability unit as the unit. Record the breeding information on the RFID tags, such as ear tags with RFID tags when raising cattle.

b. In the process of processing, establish material inspection and warehousing information during material inspection and storage, record material inspection and traceability information, and map material batches to planting and planting batches one-to-one; during processing, use material to inspect the processing batches after storage.
