1. System design
1). Following the principle of “unified card issuance, unified equipment, and unified management”, the system of “one person, one card” shall be implemented according to the permitted personnel on duty, and the personnel identification card shall be used as the “post permit” or “tunnel access permit”. The system database records the basic information of the person corresponding to the person’s identification card, including basic information such as name, age, gender, team, type of work, position, photo, and validity period. Personnel entering the tunnel must carry the identification card (identification card can be carried on the belt or affixed to the cap of the miner’s lamp).
2). Install intrinsically safe data collectors in underground tunnels, tunnels, work surfaces and other locations. When the card holder passes the location where the data collector is set up, the system will read the card number information, and transmit the location and time of the card holder to the ground monitoring center for data management through the transmission network. If the collected card number is invalid, there is no card or enter the restricted channel, the system will automatically alarm, and the personnel on duty in the monitoring center receive the alarm signal and immediately execute the relevant safety work management procedures.
3). Once an accident occurs underground, the monitoring center can know the basic information of the trapped person in the first time, such as: the number of personnel, the identity of the personnel, their location and other relevant information, so as to facilitate the development of the accident rescue work. Search and rescue personnel can enter the mine with a portable search and rescue device for search and rescue.

2. Working principle
The controller in the system product sends out the low-frequency encrypted data carrier signal through the transmitting antenna; the identification card carried with you enters the working area of the low-frequency transmitting antenna and is activated (the identification card does not work if it does not enter the working area of the transmitting antenna), and at the same time, The encrypted information carrying the target identification code is transmitted by the high-frequency transmitter module in the card; the receiving antenna receives the carrier signal sent by the identification card, and after receiving and processing by the controller, the target identification code is extracted and sent to the dedicated underground processing and transmission sub-assembly. Station, complete the preset system functions, so as to achieve the goal of automated management.

The host computer is connected with the KJJ14 surface transmission interface through the interface, and communicates with the detection stations located in the underground. The central station can be equipped with a laser printer to print relevant reports and information. If you need network browsing function, you need to configure another computer as a server.
Wireless code transmitter: installed in the battery box of the miner’s lamp, a system can have up to 16,384 transmitters, and the code is solidified without re-code.
Intrinsically safe power supply: It supplies power to the underground substation, and its backup battery can ensure that the substation can work continuously for less than 4 hours in the case of AC power failure.
RFID special detector: generally placed in the light room, it can be used to register temporary people going down the well, and it can also be used to detect the quality of the wireless code transmitter.
Data detection stations: Generally, detection stations are set up at each wellhead and main branch. The total number of data detection stations in a system usually does not exceed 127. Each substation is equipped with 2-4 receiving probes, the standard configuration is two, and the receiving head can be purchased separately according to the specific situation of the mine.
