Recently, some technical discussions on M1 cracking have been frequently seen on some domestic smart card websites.
The cracking of M1 will seriously affect the order of social life. In January 2009, the Ministry of Industry and Information issued the “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Responding to Serious Security Vulnerabilities in Certain IC Cards”, requesting local agencies and departments to carry out investigations and responses to the use of IC cards. Technical IC cards will also face huge security risks.
The CPU card has a microprocessor CPU, storage unit, and operating system COS. It has a complete security control mechanism that can realize data encryption protection and prevent data from being stolen and cracked during transmission. The CPU card also has an M1 card that is simple, fast, and easy to operate. One card has multiple functions. Judging from the technological development trend, it will surely replace the M1 card.
Many manufacturers of M1 equipment are relatively unfamiliar with CPU cards, especially when problems such as key system and PSAM card reading and writing are involved, they feel that they have no way of starting. Two, M1 card equipment quick upgrade CPU card program introduction
The ZQ58CPU card all-in-one card solution is equipped with hardware and software. The hardware is responsible for the read and write operations of the CPU card and PSAM card. The software is mainly a key system and management software, and a user card management development package.
1. The hardware includes ZR1800 dual-interface CPU card reader/writer, ZM704Q CPU card reader/writer module, and PSAM card. The functions of each part are as follows:
ZR1800 dual interface CPU card reader: directly connected to the computer, used with the key system and card issuance software, responsible for reading and writing PSAM cards and CPU cards (user cards), completing key issuance, card washing, card issuance, card management, etc.
ZM704Q CPU card read-write module: directly used in the product, the main control MCU provides simple access instructions and parameters, and is responsible for accessing the CPU card (user card) with the cooperation of the PSAM card;
PSAM card: storage key file;
2. Software
This solution supports the key system and management software (transmission of mother card updates, card washing, card issuance software) and user card management software development kits. The functions of each part are as follows:
Transmission master card update: used for personalized settings by equipment manufacturers to distinguish other equipment manufacturers using this solution;
Card washing software: card washing is divided into PSAM card washing and CPU card (user card) washing.
PSAM card washing includes PSAM card initialization, detection, recovery, and PSAM card password modification, etc.;
CPU card (user card) washing includes user card initialization, detection and recovery.
Card issuance software: card issuance is divided into three parts: SAM card issuance, CPU card issuance, and password reinstallation.
SAM card issuance is mainly responsible for the generation, dispersion, export, detection, password modification, etc. of the key, the production of various PSAM mother cards and authentication cards, and the production of PSAM cards;
CPU card issuance is mainly responsible for the establishment and detection of the card file of the CPU card;
Password reinstallation, responsible for password reinstallation for forgotten or locked PSAM cards.
User card management software development kit: Embedded in the management software of the equipment manufacturer to realize the reading and writing of CPU card data.
The plan has planned 6 independent documents (regions), 1 standard PBOC electronic wallet and 1 standard PBOC electronic passbook for use. 6 files are protected by two-way authentication or MAC line to ensure safety; among the 6 files, 5 files are 192 bytes in size, and the other file can be up to 6K. According to the card situation and actual application needs, the user can use 1-6K. select. PBOC standard e-wallet and e-passbook support TAC verification, and support re-swiping cards.
The program strictly associates the card issuance, key system, and ZM704Q read-write module, and the user only needs to put the application data into the selected application file (area).
Three, application description
In a certain cartoon system, the manufacturer uses multiple blocks of M1 for multiple applications, that is, one card has multiple uses.
