1. Introduction to the system
In recent years, drug safety issues, medical accidents and disputes have occurred frequently, and more and more countries have begun to pay attention to standardizing and rectifying the medical market. In response to different issues in various fields of the pharmaceutical industry, such as anti-counterfeiting of medicines and ward round management of hospital medical staff, GAO has developed a series of proprietary management solutions that meet various medical fields. These solutions use radio frequency identification technology (RFID), combined with GAO’s diversified hardware and GAO’s unique software technology to ensure the quality of medical procedures and operations, and improve the quality of medical services and management safety.
2. System application field
Patient tracking:
The patient can wear a GAO RFID wristband. The detailed information of the patient is recorded in the RFID wristband. All the information on the RFID wristband can be stored in the corresponding computer database. Through the use of RFID wristbands and readers fixed in certain doorways and corridors, patients can be identified and tracked management to ensure that the patient’s activities do not exceed the predetermined range.
Newborn baby tracking:
When entering the hospital, the pregnant woman is provided with an RFID tag containing information about the pregnant woman. This tag will track the pregnant woman’s delivery throughout the process. Once the baby is born, they will be provided with ankle tags, and they will be compared with the baby’s mother’s tags in time to avoid the occurrence of mother-infant confusion.
Operating room management:
Access to the operating room, surgical instruments, patient identity and surgical site can all passRFIDReaders and RFID tags for recording and management. The pre-operative identity confirmation of the surgeon, anesthesiologist, assistant physician, and nurse and the re-identification of the post-operative identity are managed by RFID technology.
Three, system characteristics
1. Improve the safety of drug management
2. Protect the safety and privacy of patients
3. Make the work of medical workers more efficient, accurate and convenient
4. Realize the information management of the entire medical process
5. Avoid medical accidents and disputes
