Scheme principle
The system is mainly composed of “AGV positioning management system software”, “125KHz low frequency RFID reader” and “125KHz low frequency RFID tag”.
1. Installation plan:
1. Select nodes for the planned AGV vehicle running route, install RFID tags, and form a one-to-one correspondence between node positions and tag IDs.
2. Install RFID readers for AGV vehicles to realize the identification of RFID tag ID numbers.
2. Working principle:
According to the on-site environment and operating route, an electronic label representing location information is affixed next to or below the guiding track of the AGV, such as a workstation or an intersection. The RFID reader is installed on the AGV car to communicate with its controller (such as PLC), and the collected position information is fed back to the control system. When the AGV vehicle-mounted RFID reader recognizes the tag location information, it is handed over to the controller for processing, so that the AGV vehicle can transport the items to the correct location.
