  Design ideas

This solution uses RFID technology in the two frequency bands of 2.45GHz and 900MHz to realize the management and traceability of the entire process of raw materials from the distribution center to the consumers. The 2.45GHz label is used to identify the packaging box of the raw materials of the dish, and the 900Mhz label is used to identify the dish delivery tray.

The 2.4Ghz equipment is used for the storage of the raw material box from the distribution center to the storage of the restaurant, so as to realize the fast and accurate storage of the raw materials; 900Mhz is used to realize the intelligent management of the back kitchen and accurate food delivery from the food catering to the consumer’s meal; through the combined application of the two frequency band technologies, the traceability of the raw materials of the dishes is realized.

2) The way of entering and exiting the restaurant is basically the same as that of the distribution center. The back kitchen management adopts a desktop reader to realize the association between dish information and trays and confirmation of the dining table; the dining table integrates a touch screen and a desktop card reader, which can be self-service through the touch screen Place an order, check the information of the dishes you order, etc. When serving, the desktop reader reads the information on the food tray, and displays the source information of the dishes to the diners.
