Mine tunnel monitoring system solution
[ad_1]
Introduction
A complete mine tunnel monitoring system should cover all key entrances in the mine tunnel, such as the entrance to the shaft, etc. In the mine tunnel, the mine tunnel monitoring system can monitor the movement of multiple objects at the same time. The reader can read hundreds of objects moving at a speed of 60km/h in the same area. For RFID applications to ensure the safety of miners, a security system is not just an access management system.
At present, the system has been applied by several companies in Scandinavia and Europe. Practice has proved that this system is very stable, easy to maintain, very flexible, and can be easily integrated with the power supply system, TV monitoring system, and anti-gas system. Combine communication solutions such as ventilation system and asset management. The system is an open system and can be fully compatible with existing products.
System Features
-in accordance with[Explain]IEEE[/Explain] 1012-1998 standard development
-Based on traditional Windows user interface
-The world’s leading long-distance RFID tag and reader
-Judging the strength of the electromagnetic field according to the reading of each tag, enhancing the stability and security of the system
-Using anti-collision technology to make the reading and communication of tags safer and more reliable, and will not be interfered by the signals emitted by devices of the same frequency
-Flexible data communication protocol
-Long-distance RFID reader management
-Real-time location of miners in the mine tunnel
-According to different system environment backgrounds and user needs, provide software/hardware that can be selected
Application description
The system needs to place an equipment cabinet at each access point of the mine tunnel and shaft, and install the necessary hardware in the equipment cabinet to ensure that the tags are read in a safe and effective range. The equipment cabinet is connected to the database of the server to ensure that all read information can be directly stored in the database. The system can carry on data communication through RS232/422/485 interface.
The front end of the system provides a graphical interface to facilitate users to quickly access system data. For example, an electronic map can be used as a background to show which person is inside the entrance and which person is outside the entrance.
In addition, the system can display detailed information about the area. If there is any failure in the system, an alarm will be provided in the form of a pop-up window, email or SMS.
