Urban Smart Parking Guidance System Solution
[ad_1]
The intelligent parking guidance system is an important part of the urban intelligent transportation system (ITS) and the main system to solve static traffic. Research and promotion have been carried out in many cities in developed countries such as Europe and America. The use of parking guidance systems has greatly alleviated urban traffic congestion, reduced road occupancy, reduced vehicle exhaust emissions and noise, and significantly improved the original parking The utilization rate of facilities has achieved good social and economic benefits.
The intelligent parking guidance system introduced by our company is based on the absorption of advanced foreign experience and the characteristics of Chinese cities. The system can provide parking space information in real time, guide drivers to find empty parking spaces, save time for drivers, reduce traffic congestion, and more effectively Improve the “difficult parking” situation and increase the utilization rate of parking spaces.
The smart parking guidance system is mainly used for comprehensive and effective guidance and management of parking spaces in all parking lots in the city. The system releases the parking information of each parking lot through the city’s first and second parking guidance screens, Internet websites, mobile terminals, and on-board GPS terminals, guides the driver to find parking spaces, parking lots and routes, and monitors and counts parking information in the parking lot. Make the parking space management of the parking lot more standardized and orderly, and increase the utilization rate of parking spaces. In turn, the efficiency of urban traffic can be improved, and the goal of green energy saving and environmental protection can be achieved.
Composition of Smart Parking Guidance System
The smart parking guidance system includes four parts: data acquisition system, network transmission system, city center management system, and information release system.
1. Data acquisition system
The parking lot information collection system collects real-time parking lot information through the information collection terminal of each parking lot device, collects parking spaces, prices and other dynamic information, and transmits relevant data to the city center management system through the transmission system.
The collected data includes the number of vacant parking spaces, the number of temporary rental parking spaces, the price of temporary rental parking spaces, real-time pictures and image signals, etc. The main data collected is the number of temporary rental parking spaces.
The collection methods are:
a) Call data through the network with the intelligent management system of the parking lot, especially for the parking lot with the parking guidance system installed;
b) Detect the number of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot with the detection equipment installed at the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and calculate the number of empty parking spaces in the parking lot. The detection method can be video image recognition, ultrasonic counting, electromagnetic induction counting, etc. Several detection methods have their own characteristics and can be applied to different occasions.
2. Network transmission system
It is used to connect the data transmission of the other three subsystems. Since the intelligent parking guidance system is relatively scattered, it mainly uses wireless communication as the mainstay, and wired communication as the supplement. Consider the reliability of network transmission, construction investment, construction period, system operating cost and maintainability.
In terms of data transmission methods, including 3G, CDMA, GRPS, WiFi, wired optical cable, etc., it can be flexibly grasped according to the on-site situation, and the most convenient and low-cost solution can be selected.
The network transmission system is mainly used for:
a) Data communication between the parking lot data collection terminal and the central control management system
b) Data communication between the central control management system and the primary and secondary guidance screens
c) Data communication between the central control management system and the information release system
3. City Center Management System
The city center management system is the center of the entire system. It receives, stores, and processes real-time data information transmitted from each parking lot, and establishes data channels with other electronic platforms to release information and data. Large cities can set up one or several urban parking management centers.
System realization function:
a) The system supports the interface connection with the intelligent management system of each parking lot to realize resource sharing and information exchange.
b) Realize the function of public release of parking information, especially to transmit data to the urban parking guidance screen. It can also support multiple ways to query real-time parking information, such as the Internet, mobile phones, text messages, voice, radio stations, etc.
c) It can provide information for related maps and navigation websites, and realize the website to query the real-time parking situation of the parking lot, and realize the function of parking space reservation in the future.
d) Realize the statistics and analysis functions of all parking lot management information, and be able to carry out information statistics, analysis, query, retrieval, etc.
4. Information release system
The information release system is mainly used to comprehensively display parking resources and provide convenience for users to park. At present, it is mainly the first-level and second-level parking guidance screens in cities, and various parking guidance websites, map navigation websites, mobile terminals, SMS query platforms, IVR language query platforms, and traffic broadcasting stations are under development.
Regarding the setting of urban parking guidance screens, in order to ensure the reasonable distribution and setting of parking guidance display screens and avoid repeated or excessive setting of signs, the following principles should be followed in the setting of guidance screens:
a) Entrance of main traffic arterial road: install first-level LED parking guidance electronic display;
b) Intersections of internal roads: secondary parking guidance electronic display screens and signs;
c) Entrance of the parking lot: the guidance display screen for parking spaces in the third-level parking lot.
