There are many cases where RFID technology is applied to parking lot management. Most of them are for standard charging parking lot management and vehicle traffic management. They are relatively standardized and simple. Standard fee parking lot management

The vehicle entrance and exit passages of the standard toll parking lot are separated and managed. The width of the passage is generally within 3.5 meters. When a temporary vehicle enters the parking lot, first stop and take the IC card. The system counts the time of entry of the vehicle, and at the same time captures a picture of the vehicle license plate, the blocking lever is raised, and the vehicle enters the parking lot to park. When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the toll collector manually takes back the IC card, and the system determines the parking fee according to the parking time.   General parking lot management

Government agencies, enterprises, institutions, residential communities and other general parking spaces have access to the most common parking spaces. Due to the tight parking spaces, it is necessary to implement pass management for fixed vehicles. The pass is referred to as “electronic license plate”. It is composed of non-contact, RFID tags, generally ceramic material tags, fixed on the front windshield of the vehicle, or metal electronic tags fixed on the edge of the front license plate of the vehicle. The tags are generally not removable to ensure that one vehicle corresponds to one card. The office area of ​​Nanjing customs agency is the most common, mixed, and complex parking area. Its underground garage is a standard parking lot. The entrance and exit are separated and will not interfere with each other. Only small vehicles can enter and exit. However, the two entrance and exit gates of the parking lot are very complicated:

The width of the gate can reach 6-8m. Because there are often more than 10 meters long buses entering and exiting, it is impossible to physically isolate the entry and exit channels, resulting in vehicles entering and exiting at the same time, and the position of vehicles entering and exiting is very arbitrary;

The two entrance and exit gates are in a T-shape with the road outside the gate. The electric barrier is only 2 to 3 meters away from the social road outside the gate.
