The computer room is divided into 11 subsystems according to functions:

2. Introduction to each subsystem

(1) Computer room floor reinforcement system

As the floor slab of the computer room bears 600kg/m2, considering the weight of UPS and batteries, the bearing capacity of the UPS/air-conditioning room and archive room has been increased from 600kg/m2 on the original building floor to 1000kg/m2. Using carbon fiber cloth reinforcement technology, the carbon cloth is matched with carbon glue. In the installation of computer equipment, precision air conditioners, UPS, power distribution cabinets, cabinets and other equipment, angle steel brackets are used as the base, and the angle steel brackets are fixed to the ground with anchor bolts, and strong shock-absorbing rubber pads are used to meet the anti-vibration requirements of the equipment.

1. Technical issues such as winter heat preservation, summer heat insulation and anti-condensation of the computer room are important considerations in the design of the computer room. Especially in summer, the outdoor temperature is high and the relative humidity of the air is also high. Large temperature difference and improper heat preservation treatment in the equipment room will cause condensation on the two adjacent interfaces in the equipment room area. More importantly, the condensation on the surface of the lower ceiling structure will damage adjacent facilities and affect work. At the same time, the load of the precision air conditioner in the computer room area will increase, resulting in a waste of energy. Therefore, in this case, the rubber-plastic board is spread all over the floor surface that has been flattened, and then a layer of thin galvanized steel sheet is spread on the rubber-plastic board, and the galvanized steel sheets are bridged and connected to the protective ground. 2. Raised floor The machine room area adopts high-density series of antistatic raised floor, fireproof Bl grade, imported high-quality wear-resistant veneer, the floor height is 0.4m, the concentrated load is 7kN, and the dispersed bearing capacity is 35kN/m2.

3. Metal ceiling The suspended ceiling is an important part of the computer room. The ceiling panel of the computer room must be fireproof, dustproof, beautiful and easy to disassemble, so the microporous metal ceiling is widely used in the computer room. This case is a 0.7mm thick aluminum alloy microporous strip ceiling, with high mechanical strength, no dust, easy to clean, sound-absorbing, soft tones, and no glare.

At the same time, a 100mm high waterproof dam was built on the ground of the air-conditioning room and the host room, and waterproof treatment was done within the scope of the waterproof dam. Install a water leakage alarm system in the entire scope of the waterproof dam, and link it with the air conditioning water inlet solenoid valve, so that the water source can be cut off in time in case of water leakage. Since water fire is used outside the machine room, a 400mm high waterproof dam has been installed on the wall of the gas protection boundary of the machine room to block possible flooding. At the same time, all water pipes entering the machine room are insulated to prevent dew condensation caused by temperature differences. Drainage floor drains are set up in the air-conditioning room and the main engine room area to ensure that the waterproof measures of the computer room are foolproof.

(3) Computer room power distribution and lightning protection grounding system

l. Computer equipment power distribution system Computer equipment in the computer room includes computer hosts, servers, network equipment, communication equipment, etc. These equipment have high requirements for the reliability of power quality. In this project, two channels of 320kVA power supplies are drawn from different transformers in the main power distribution room of the building, and then they are connected to each other along the strong current shaft of the building to the end of the power supply room of the computer room to supply computer equipment and air-conditioning power. When the mains power fails, it is powered by diesel generators. The outputs of two 120kVA UPS and two 80kVA UPS are connected to the UPS power distribution cabinet in the central computer room. Two power distribution cabinets provide power for the computer equipment and emergency lighting in the main computer room, and one power distribution cabinet is the core network equipment and Minicomputers and storage devices provide power.

The power distribution cabinet adopts the equipment imported from France Schneider Electric Company. The server cabinet equipment is equipped with dual-circuit power supply, one use and one standby, and the minicomputer, storage equipment and network equipment are equipped with three-circuit power supply, one use and two standby. Wire troughs or protective pipes are laid to electrical equipment, and cables and equipment are connected with waterproof sockets. For single power supply equipment loads, such as network switches, two customized 16A and 32A KH-STS automatic electronic transfer switch devices are installed in the cabinet. KH-STS transforms the power from different distribution buses into a single-channel power supply, and provides power for single-power equipment. The function of KH-STS is that when one input power fails, KH-STS can switch to another input in less than 4ms to ensure uninterrupted operation of key equipment.

2. Normal lighting and emergency lighting power distribution system The power supply of the normal lighting system in the computer room is directly drawn from the mains power distribution cabinet. A tube is used for emergency lighting from the normal lighting in the computer room. 3. Lightning protection grounding part

(3) The AC working ground, safety protection ground, and electrostatic leakage ground of the computer room are comprehensively grounded, that is, equipotential bonding. (4) Fresh air exhaust sub-system of air-conditioning
