1. TT background
Guangdong TT Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise integrating medical device research, manufacturing and sales with rapid growth. In the past three years, its sales have increased by more than 60%. It is exported to more than 100 countries and regions around the world. For development, TT company adheres to the corporate goal of pursuing innovation and quality, strengthens the company’s information management, introduces bar code automatic identification technology for product life cycle traceability management, and integrates the existing ERP system and management mode with bar code technology as the main line. The company’s material procurement, IQC inspection, production line control, finished product inspection, sales and shipment to after-sales service management process to ensure the company’s overall operational efficiency and coordination capabilities.
Based on the above goals, we have formulated the overall plan for the application of TT barcode technology as follows:

It mainly focuses on the overall bar code application of internal procurement, warehouse, production, sales, after-sales, and all aspects of enterprise management. In each link, a unified, effective and accurate physical object management is carried out around the barcode information database of the “barcode system”. The “Barcode System” effectively tracks a single barcode object, barcode group object, and product archive object, and records detailed information about the status and changes of each object within the company, as well as customers and suppliers.
3. The overall plan is divided into three implementation stages
1. Phase 1: Procurement of key components, IQC quality inspection barcode, barcode informationization of the finished product process;
2. Phase 2: Comprehensive barcode informationization of warehouse and sales links;
3. Stage 3: After-sales service tracking barcode information.
The first stage: The goal of this stage is to establish a relatively complete product archive information database to purchase key components, quality inspection key components, production board modules, and product archives to achieve barcode traceability management
The second stage: In this stage, the target logistics link is fully used for bar code tracking, and the product file information procurement link, warehouse management link, sales link and ERP system integration application are improved, and the barcode management of documents is fully realized.
