Three, system function

1, Personnel management

On the basis of maintaining the basic files of management objects, detailed information on registration personnel promotion, personnel transfer, job replacement, skill appraisal, certificate issuance, personnel rewards and punishments, and annual evaluation, etc., realizes full-time and all-element management of camp personnel. At the same time, it issues personnel radio frequency cards for personnel, provides process-based management for work and work out applications, vacation applications, and temporary out applications, and is linked with the personnel access control hardware system to automatically complete a series of on-site data without being on duty. The collection, comparison, and switch control work save manpower, improve work efficiency, and reduce human error and illegal release.

2.Vehicle management

This part mainly includes two aspects: closed-loop management of vehicles and open supervision.

(1) Vehicle closed-loop management

①Maintenance of vehicle files

Through the vehicle RFID tag associated with the database, the vehicle’s entry and exit process, transportation process, time, maintenance, inspection and other information are entered. Provides complete vehicle data information entry, precise search, fuzzy search, and self-defined search criteria such as dispatchable vehicles, dispatched vehicles, and maintenance vehicles to ensure that users can quickly search for vehicle information. Complete file management for the entire life cycle of the vehicle.

② Intelligent vehicle access management

First, register the vehicle RFID tag identification card, and write user information into the computer database. After the identification card is installed in the vehicle, when the vehicle enters or leaves the gate, the vehicle access information is recorded through the communication between the card reader and the tag, and the tag information is uploaded to the management platform through the network. The computer judges the legitimacy of the label and combines it with the vehicle barriers to control the vehicle entry and exit process, thereby achieving independent and uninterrupted data collection and monitoring functions.

③Integrated information processing

The main function of the RFID tag is to store vehicle information. As the electronic ID of the vehicle, it has the unique ID number in the world, cannot be copied or changed, and has a high degree of security. Throughout the process, the software platform will perform comprehensive analysis and processing on the collected data. This includes comparing the new data with the original data in the database. Finally, the corresponding instructions are given to find a more suitable vehicle to help the staff make the correct decision.

(2) Open supervision of vehicles

Based on Beidou satellite/GPS satellite and communication technology, the state and position of the vehicle are tracked and recorded through the system management platform. Shows the trajectory of the vehicles on the way out, so that the staff on duty can understand the real-time operation of the outgoing vehicles in time, and can deal with the emergencies as quickly as possible.

3.Basic functions of warehouse management

The system uses advanced radio frequency identification technology, bar code (two-dimensional code) technology, and wireless communication technology. Based on the centralized operation mode, the system builds the B/S system of the material storage management center, and realizes the realization of each key operation link of the warehouse management system (inbound, outbound) The rapid, accurate, batch collection and automated analysis and processing of data from warehouse, inventory, transfer, requisition, distribution, and maintenance, to ensure that the camp can grasp the real data of inventory in a timely and accurate manner, and realize the visualized management of assets throughout the entire cycle. Leaders provide effective basis for timely decision-making.
