1 Introduction
How to more simply, effectively and quickly strengthen the information communication between primary and secondary schools and parents, so that parents can timely and accurately understand the various situations of their children in the school, so that the school and the head teacher can timely and accurately understand the life and study of the students after they go home The situation has always been a problem that society, schools, and families are generally concerned about and strive to solve.
Both schools and parents want to know:
The child’s safety (whether it is safe to arrive at school, leave school, etc.);
Children’s attendance status (whether they arrive at school on time, leave school, whether they are late, leave early, etc.);
In order to improve the above problems and form a trinity of society, school, and family to co-manage student safety education, the company has developed and designed a set of universally applicable and compatible products based on years of experience. “Automatic identification management system for students entering and exiting campus” of China’s national conditions.
The system organically combines cutting-edge long-distance radio frequency identification technology, computer network technology, wireless communication technology and automatic control technology. It can record the time of students entering and leaving the school in real time, effectively preventing students from leaving school at will during class, and achieving a high degree of personnel management Automated and scientific, so as to form a bridge of communication and co-management between the school and the parents of students.
2. System introduction
The system uses a dual-frequency composite card as the identification carrier, combined with an advanced instant messaging (IM) software system, to achieve access identification, safe SMS and other functions, and provides a complete set of solutions with independent intellectual property rights from the identification card to the application system. The system includes modules such as access recognition subsystem, data collection and monitoring service, WEB service and short message service. The overall structure is shown in Figure 1:
The basic process of system operation is as follows:
The access recognition subsystem installed in the school reads the identification card information through the card reader to complete the identification judgment of students entering and exiting the campus. The identification result is transmitted to the equipment monitoring service installed on the server through the network, and the latter writes the information into the access record database . The core processing service of the system business detects the access record database, and generates attendance information and safety short messages based on the student and attendance strategy information in the core database. Attendance information is written into the core database, and Ping An SMS is written into the short message database, and the short message service is responsible for sending short messages to the student’s parents’ mobile phones.
3. Introduction to this function
3.1. Student Management
Student record management.
The system can freely set students’ grades, classes and groups according to the school’s grade situation and organizational structure; add, delete, and modify campus card user details (including basic student information and parent information) at any time, add single campus card users or batches Add campus card users.
The system supports fuzzy and precise query methods and browse student information;
3.2. Teacher Management
Teacher personnel file management.
Record the school’s educational faculty, the overall level of the teacher, and can be specific to a teacher’s detailed information (including: teacher number, department, teacher’s name, date of birth, gender, educational background, title, home address, phone number, etc.) And work information (including personal learning experience, work experience, etc.);
The system supports fuzzy and precise query methods and browsing teacher information, and timely modification and addition of information;
3.3, SMS report
The SMS reporting module and the campus attendance module effectively cooperate to form a safe and real-time informationized attendance system. The attendance information after the students enter and exit the school by swiping their cards will be sent to the parents’ mobile phones in real time through the platform. At the same time, in order to prevent missed messages and failure to receive short messages due to problems such as weak parent mobile phone signals, the SMS reporting system will try to resend the specified number of times. Within the specified number of times, if the status report is not received correctly, it will try again. Send it to help parents better understand the student’s school situation.
SMS sending uses SMGP protocol to communicate with China Telecom’s SMS gateway. Provides a rich API interface, supports two-way SMS sending and receiving, group sending, status report reply, and status report query. It also provides maintenance and management functions such as business volume statistics.
3.4. Identity recognition and access recognition
The access control and attendance of the passage has changed the traditional management mode of swiping cards in the past. With a new barrier-free open channel mode, when students wear a campus card to pass, there is no need to actively swipe the card. The system will automatically recognize and collect the information of passing students and enter it into the system automatically. It greatly improves the speed of students entering and exiting, and solves the problem of long queues for students to go to and from school to check in. Each channel can enter and exit, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the equipment. When students pass, two card readers are used to determine the direction of entry and exit. After each card reader reads the card and outputs it, the system will automatically identify the direction of entry and exit according to the record sequence of the two readers, providing more accurate data for the manager, and also preventing someone from entering and leaving the house immediately.
Install the two card readers on the outside and inside of the school gate respectively. As shown in the figure, the two red squares represent the two readers A and B.
1) Working principle of access judgment
Construct the coverage area of two card readers A and B at the entrance and exit of the school
AB is for entering, BA is for going out
Need to read the card number multiple times to make a judgment
It is better to separate the two coverage areas of AB completely. When AB has cross coverage, it may be misjudged.
Access judgment program supports single-point attendance strategy and dual-point access judgment strategy (two strategies can be executed concurrently)
2) Installation position of the card reader antenna inside and outside
A reader antenna should cover all traffic paths outside the door
B. The reader antenna should cover all traffic paths inside the door
Multiple card readers or multiple branch antennas can be used to cover complex paths
Use building occlusion to reduce AB cross coverage
Try to open the distance of the AB area (generally should be greater than 6 meters)
Pay attention to prevent the B card reader antenna from covering the classrooms on the upper floors of the school
3.5, card management
Maintenance and management of campus card, including report loss, card replacement, card refund, and card replacement
Loss report: After the student card is lost, you should go to the campus card management department to report the loss in time
Card replacement: If you need to use the campus card during the period of reporting the loss, you can reissue the card by the campus card management department
Withdrawal of the card: Students should apply to the campus card management department to withdraw the card due to damage caused by transfer or improper use
Card replacement: due to the quality of the campus card, the identification failure can be changed by the campus card management department
3.6, system management
Powerful system management. The levels are system administrators and general administrators. The permissions for viewing, adding, modifying and deleting records can be flexibly assigned as needed, and logins can be locked. Meet the needs of multiple roles and bring more practicality, convenience and safety to the system!
3.7. Course Management
Set the school and school time for holidays, weekends and rest days, as well as school days and school days; during holidays and rest days, the access control and attendance system will not be like school days, and will not read campus card users during school hours No or late text messages are sent to their parents, so as not to cause unnecessary worry to the parents.
3.8, query statistics
Statistics of the attendance status of the whole class for a period of time can be generated and printed, and text messages can be sent to parents to report the situation in order to discover and solve problems in time, and prevent problems before they occur.
Statistics of various classroom conditions and attendance of students can be calculated by class, grade, and individual.
3.9. Attendance management
Set the leave category according to the actual situation of students asking for leave. Some students who are late due to special circumstances, leave early, leave sick, etc. or forget to check in, can sign in for them with the consent of their head teacher, regardless of their lateness, early leave and no check in.
