The system is composed of two parts: software and hardware. 1) Controller: It is the core of the automated management of the entire goods cabinet. 2) 485 converter: It is responsible for converting the 485 signal from the controller into 232 signal and then enter the computer serial port.

3) DO module: it is the expansion module of the item cabinet control, which is connected with the intelligent control part of the item cabinet. A DO module has 16 relays, and each relay can correspond to the control of an item cabinet. Up to 4 16DO modules can be connected to one controller.

4) Card reader: used to read the card information carried by the cardholder. The sensing distance is 4-12CM. Install one outside the door of the goods cabinet, which is used to open the goods cabinet and swipe the card to confirm the identity.

5) Proximity card: The number depends on the number of cardholders of the user. Employees and managers have one card, and open the goods cabinet according to the authorization set by the system. The future expansion can realize the stored value consumption function of the electronic wallet.

6) Power supply: provide power to the controller, card reader, etc. The input power is taken from a local power supply socket or a centralized power supply central control room UPS.

7) Back-up battery: used to provide power for all parts of the system in the event of a sudden power failure.
