Use handheld RFID devices (CF reader cards and PDAs) to detect cash drawers equipped with RFID tags. The handheld devices are pre-loaded with the ID numbers (1 or more) of the cash drawers that need to be searched through the software. When the handheld device is close to the cash box that needs to be searched and reads its ID number, it will automatically sound a reminder. The staff can find the cash box that meets the demand in this area. This scheme is flexible and simple, and does not require complicated changes to the vault.
