1. Application background

For many developed countries in the West, garbage is charged by weight, and the garbage disposal can already achieve vehicle weighing. As for our country, it is generally charged according to the head, and the waste incineration treatment fee is charged according to the weighing. This is bound to have certain contradictions, but the sanitation unit cannot solve the problem well when collecting the waste of each unit. Focus on the problem, so there is no effective way to solve this contradiction. In response to this contradiction, Shenzhen Aerospace Innovation Research Institute has launched a special vehicle access management system, which can solve the real-time weight monitoring, adapt to the networked garbage disposal, and change the traditional garbage disposal method.

2. System introduction

This solution uses the world’s leading microwave frequency band long-distance radio frequency identification technology, and each vehicle is equipped with a passive sensor card (ISO1800-6B/6C label) registered in the system in advance. The active proximity card will continuously emit microwave signals. When a nearby remote reader (handheld) receives the proximity card signal, the remote reader will compare the information with the control center through GPS/GPRS and automatically identify and judge the card. If it is legal, it is allowed to pass. Otherwise, the hand-held reader will give an alarm and automatically record the vehicle information. The handheld remote reader can be carried by the inspection staff to monitor the vehicle anytime and anywhere, including information such as the vehicle department, driver’s name, license plate, and photo. This solution can be used in various types of garbage trucks, such as living, hospitals, chemicals, mud dumps, etc. The following picture shows the flow chart of special vehicles:

Three, system function

1. The basic functions include cumulative weighing, LCD display, micro-printing, GPS interface, wireless transmission function, and radio frequency tag card reading function.
2. Customer information record, rated load alarm function, net weight/gross weight display, empty vehicle weight can be manually input and set, location, date and time record and query.
3. Data remote query, browsing and other functions; and GPS location tracking can be realized.
4. The electronic identification card is a passive electronic radio frequency card whose memory can be used to store various information including vehicle model, license plate number, and related information of the vehicle owner. It is a complete automobile identification card and credit card.
5. Handheld system: In some applications, such as public security criminal investigation, highway inspection, important meeting security, it is necessary to be equipped with a handheld AVI system, which can be started and parked at the designated roadside (or entrance of the venue) at any time to conduct surprise inspections of passing vehicles And recognition. The mobile phone for the handheld system uses the mobile communication network (GSM) to send short messages (or other methods) to maintain communication with the system control center or exchange data information. If you need to report the location of the handheld system, the car can also be equipped with a GPS receiver to send a short message via GSM to transmit the location of the mobile station to the command center. In some applications, simple mobile inspection equipment (handheld reader) can also be used. Inspectors can use PDA readers to check passing vehicles in certain narrow areas. The PDA reader has downloaded the vehicle information in advance, once it reads illegal information, it will immediately call the police.

Four, system characteristics

Long distance: easy to achieve within 10 meters of reading distance. Due to the actual requirements of vehicle identification, the card reading distance should not be too long. This solution does not need to be manually approached to swipe the card or to pass in a designated area to be recognized. Fully automatic recognition is realized, which can avoid problems such as the driver having to move the window close to the reader to swipe the card in bad weather. Advanced anti-collision technology supports multi-label identification and writing, which can effectively alleviate the jam problem caused by too many vehicles entering and exiting the warehouse and queuing credit cards during peak hours;
Stable operation: The active card has a stable reading distance and is not easily affected by the surrounding environment. Moreover, the active card can effectively break through the shielding effect of the automobile’s explosion-proof metal mesh, and smoothly exchange data with the reader. Using channel isolation technology, multiple devices do not interfere with each other;
High reliability: it can operate normally within the ambient temperature of -40℃-85℃ (MTBF≥70000 hours), especially in the low temperature in the north and high temperature in the south, it has more advantages, which can effectively resist the high dust in the air in the coal mine environment It can ensure the normal use of the equipment in environments such as pollutants and rainy weather;
Encrypted calculation and authentication to ensure data security and prevent link eavesdropping and data cracking;
High anti-interference and lightning protection design: no special requirements for various interference sources on site, meeting industrial environment requirements, convenient and simple installation;
The global open ISM microwave frequency band does not require application and payment;
