  introduction

At present, most domestic institutions and large enterprises manage their internal core items, such as the management of important files by the Archives, the management of the items involved in the case by the Public Security Bureau, and the management of important documents by large enterprises. These items are of high importance. And large circulation, often use two-dimensional bar code to record item information and manual recording for management, but this management method seriously affects the management efficiency of core items, and cannot achieve real-time monitoring of core items and items Tracking the circulation process.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology that emerged in the 1990s. It uses radio frequency signals and spatial coupling transmission characteristics to realize automatic identification of identified objects. Compared with other identification technologies, RFID has fast reading and writing speed, easy operation, high reliability and durability, reusability, strong penetration, security encryption, large memory capacity, multi-purpose card, and small size in terms of data processing and security authentication. , Good concealment and other advantages.

Therefore, RFID technology provides the basic conditions for us to design a feasible and efficient real-time monitoring and management system for items.

  1 System structure design

The block diagram of the core item monitoring and management system is shown in Figure 1 below.

  System Features

(1) Use flexible RFID tags that cannot be removed and damaged. The core item real-time monitoring and management system adopts passive RFID cards or soft tags in different packaging forms, which can be physically attached to important items by adhesive, hanging loops or in-line to ensure that they cannot be removed, damaged or torn or damaged, and become items The organic part.

(2) Multifunctional target identification and management. The passive RFID reader of the core item real-time monitoring management system reads various information of the core item by reading the tags on the core item, such as card number, item name, item description, person in charge, whether to go out, whether to call the police Wait.

(3) Provide Ethernet interface. The core item real-time monitoring and management system provides an Ethernet interface, and the important data collected by the item cabinet is transmitted to the upper computer through the Ethernet. Users can develop the required upper-level software according to their own needs to manage the entire system with the highest efficiency.

(4) Fully ensure 100% recognition rate. The passive RFID reader of the core item real-time monitoring and management system can simultaneously identify up to 200 tags in the item cabinet. The size of the cabinet can be about 1.5m×0.8m×0.6m.

(5) Alarm for items that are not in the surveillance and illegally moved. The software and hardware should be used to alarm in time for the situation that should be in the goods cabinet but cannot be monitored, or the goods go out illegally.

(6) The password and fingerprint module can be organically combined with the item cabinet to realize the comprehensive positioning and tracking of users and items.

  2 System hardware

The system hardware mainly includes the following:

(1) RFID filing cabinet: The RFID article cabinet is the core part of the system’s hardware. RFID readers, antennas and system central control modules are all assembled in the cabinet. The basic structure is shown in Figure 2.

(2) Electronic tags: The tags correspond to each item one to one, and are fixed on the surface or in the item according to the actual situation, and ensure that they are not torn off.

(3) RFID reader and antenna: It mainly collects data for the dynamic flow of important access control and local items, reads the ID number of the item, and connects to the system through the network for data transmission. Ensure real-time and dynamic tracking of items.

(4) Central control module: It is used to control the collection and transmission of the information of the goods cabinet and the goods. Embedded in the cabinet, it mainly includes power management module, data acquisition board, industrial control board and related peripheral modules.

(5) Other hardware parts: server, host PC, etc.

  3 Central control module design

The central control module is the core part of the hardware of the whole system, and its structural block diagram is shown in Figure 3.
