1. Background description

How to provide a kind of effective evidence collection equipment to solve the problems of road traffic violations, such as road traffic violations, difficult to obtain evidence, and to better maintain road traffic order. The traffic police urgently needs to be resolved. 3. System functional requirements

(1) Automatic identification of vehicle license plates for illegal vehicles on the road, and form data records by capturing and taking pictures of illegal vehicles to realize the functions of mobile dynamic illegal activity collection and evidence collection.

1. The patrol vehicle is equipped with this system facility to record the illegal activities on the road outside the vehicle for photo and video recording, including recording the road conditions, markings and markings and vehicle traffic, so as to realize the collection and evidence collection of dynamic illegal activities.
2. Automatically complete license plate recognition, license plate color, and illegal time judgment on the collected photos, images and other information, and form a preliminary record.
