system design:
Using RFID technology, it is organically combined with an electronic weighing instrument to form a new intelligent weighing system. Readers are installed in the inlet and outlet channels, and the reader receives car weight information through the serial port. The reader controls the barrier machine and the signal light through the output port. Each car loaded with garbage and fuel is fixedly installed with a label on the windshield glass, and its ID is stored in the central database as a “vehicle ID card” number to prevent embezzlement.
The AWS system monitoring software records the basic information of the vehicle, including the ID number, in the database. The reader sends a radio frequency signal to the tag and receives the reflected signal from the tag, thereby quickly and accurately identifying the identity of the vehicle, controlling the signal light to send different signals, and instructing the electronic scale to transmit weight information. After receiving the ID and weight information, the reader sends it to the host, and the host accurately records the relevant information and orders the railing machine to raise the railing to release the vehicle. The AWS monitoring software transmits information about vehicle entry and exit to the electric field management center for processing, so as to perform various statistics.
