1. The basic control process of fingerprint identification equipment and relay control board is as follows:

1.1 Fingerprint management:

The management of fingerprints can be divided into two ways: independent management on a fingerprint device and network management:

1.1.1 Independent management mode

1) Add or register fingerprints: the fingerprint identification device first registers the fingerprints of each household member, and the registration can be registered in the property management department through a computer. The fingerprints of all the households in a certain building are passed through the U disk, and then the U disk is used to import the fingerprint recognition equipment. You can also register directly on the fingerprint recognition device of the elevator, import the U disk and then import the management computer as a backup.

The ID number of each household at the time of registration follows a certain numbering rule. Examples are as follows.

Fingerprint identification device number (1Byte): 0-255 means elevator number

2) Log off or delete fingerprints: After entering the management menu on the fingerprint identification device of each elevator, select the corresponding ID number that needs to be deleted to delete the corresponding information (including fingerprints and passwords)

1.1.2 Network management mode

Each fingerprint identification device is networked via RS485 or TCP/IP, connected to a management PC, and the management software is run on the PC.

1) When adding or registering fingerprints: Centrally register through the computer in the property management department, and download the corresponding fingerprint characteristic values ​​to the fingerprint identification equipment in each elevator.

2) Log off or delete fingerprints: The management PC sends the fingerprint ID number that needs to be deleted to the fingerprint machine, and deletes the fingerprint information of the corresponding ID number.

2. The management and setting of the control board (the control board is developed by the user or commissioned by us)

When in use, set the parameters of the control board through the management PC, set the ID number corresponding to the floor control authority table and other control logic tables and other control parameters, and download them to the control board. You can also read the control parameters of the control board and the control records of the control board. , Upload the read control records to the computer, and the control management software on the computer will perform statistical analysis and form reports.

3. Normal use

The person who has registered fingerprints lightly presses any registered finger on the fingerprint acquisition sensor, and after the identification is passed, the corresponding ID number is transmitted to the control board through WIEGAND26 in real time, and the fingerprint identification device stores the record (that is, fingerprint identification device number + ID number + Date + hours, minutes and seconds). After the control board receives the ID number, it determines a certain relay action (one relay per floor) according to the set control table and control logic, and stores the corresponding action into a control log on the control board.

4. Management software (management software is developed by the user or commissioned by us)

Including the following modules:

Household personnel file management module: enter basic personnel information.

Household fingerprint management module: Personnel fingerprint characteristic value data management.

Data collection module: Collect management records and usage logs of fingerprint identification equipment, and collect management records and control logs of control boards.

Control management module: software operation authority management, control board control authority and control logic and other control parameter settings.

Query module: According to the set various query conditions, the corresponding query results are obtained. Such as querying the entry and exit records of a certain person on a certain day.

Report management module: Form corresponding statistical analysis reports based on various logs collected.

Input and output module: such as importing the originally created personnel file data into this software or exporting the personnel file data created by this software to other software, and exporting various records or reports to TXT or EXCEL files as other property management software.
