[ad_1]
System Overview
With the development of the school, the scale of the school and the expansion of foreign exchanges and cooperation, the increase in the number of vehicles entering and leaving the school has brought great pressure to the campus management, especially the entrance and exit management of the campus gate. The increasingly developed technologies and management practices of intelligent transportation and parking lots (garages) in China make the use of the latest scientific and technological achievements and modern technology products to solve the above problems encountered in vehicle access management, and use intelligent means to replace the traditional manual-based operation mode Become possible and future development direction.
Modern intelligent parking management system includes function modules such as entrance and exit control, intelligent barriers, automatic toll/POS cash register system, image comparison and license plate recognition system, parking guidance system, central control and management system, and integrated ordinary smart cards, RFID long-distance smart cards and barcodes The dual convenience of paper tickets provides a highly intelligent and humanized comprehensive service platform for parking management.
Aiming at the current situation and needs of a university’s vehicle access management, as well as the current university’s overall network environment and digital campus environment, a complete solution for the university’s vehicle access intelligent management system is given.
Overall, this system is composed of two subsystems, and involves the network and hardware environment supporting:
1. Vehicle access management system
2. WEB online registration and data synchronization system (vehicle access management network system)
System Features
This system combines the intelligent parking management system with RFID long-distance radio frequency identification technology, which is a successful application of RFID technology in the intelligent parking management system.
Fully consider the connection between this system and the current management information system and platform under the digital campus, and fully meet the multi-faceted needs of the school in terms of business processing logic, implementation methods, and future function expansion.
Make full use of the school’s current information resources and network resources to build an independent private network, but at the same time meet the needs of data interaction and resource sharing.
System overall design
According to the requirements of the construction party, the vehicle access management system is also the vehicle access management system for each school gate. After the system is completed, whether the system can meet the requirements of the construction party is directly reflected in whether the management function of the system at each school gate meets the construction party’s To sum up, the functional positioning of the system includes the following points:
Stationary vehicle
Internal and authorized vehicles (including VIP vehicles) use RFID long-distance passive smart proximity cards to enter and exit.
Smart cards include: internal employee cards, discount cards, and student secondary cards. Internal employee cards are divided into different fee types according to whether they live on campus.
While the fixed vehicle reads the card in and out from a long distance, the LED information display screen simultaneously displays the registered license plate number of the entering vehicle to assist the security in supervising the legal use of the smart card.
Temporary vehicle
The school has a large number of temporary vehicles from outside, and the management of temporary vehicles is one of the important purposes of the construction of the system. Due to the needs of campus management, some school gates are required to only enter and exit for temporary vehicles. Temporary vehicles can only be paid to exit from designated school gates. Such a complex management function cannot be done with a temporary ID card. Therefore, the system adopts It is a barcode paper ticket. In addition to the usual entry date and time, the paper ticket must also have a reminder of the designated exit school.
Temporary vehicles take the ticket from the ticket machine (or security assistance) and enter. The vehicle can only be paid through a certain school gate after the LED Chinese display and voice prompts.
There are six gates in the school, one of which can only exit but not enter, so this is a five-in and six-out large vehicle access management system.
System function design
The system functions include the basic functional requirements of the vehicle entry and exit management system, such as the entry control function, the exit control function, the central control and management functions. At the same time, the system function can also be compatible with the management requirements of the campus card in the campus network.
a.) Integration requirements of campus card:
1. On the hardware equipment, when entering and exiting the school gate, the entrance and exit control machine can recognize the campus IC card;
2. In the vehicle entry and exit management system, the B/S architecture is adopted, and its management module meets the integration requirements of the information portal by providing protocol standards;
3. The system can satisfy the realization of the black and white list synchronization mechanism of the campus card.
b.) The vehicle management system is integrated with the campus network: the vehicle management system of multiple school gates is a whole, and the whole is synchronized with the campus network.
The vehicle access management system itself is not responsible for the registration and editing of fixed users. The information of all fixed users with legal identities is automatically updated through the third-party proxy server of the card private network. The legal and common user identity registration will be completed based on the unified identity authentication platform and campus information portal, reducing the work flow and related links.
System design structure
The vehicle entry and exit management system includes five sets of enhanced one entry and one exit system and one exit system, a total of six sets of computer management toll terminals, and one set of central control and management server. This is a distributed vehicle management system, that is, the vehicle access management equipment at each school gate can work independently, completing data collection, storage, processing, and control functions independently.
The computer-managed toll terminal is connected to a dedicated server for vehicle access management through optical cables nearby. The dedicated server for vehicle access management is the management and control center of the entire vehicle access management system. The server is composed of a central management unit, a database system, and a central management execution device.
In this solution, since the vehicle access management system itself is not responsible for the registration and editing of fixed users, the server does not include vehicle identification code information authorization equipment, such as IC and remote smart card issuance equipment.
The vehicle access management system realizes the synchronization of all-in-one card data and the data of the vehicle access management system through a third-party proxy server.
Network and hardware environment design
Taking into account the current network environment and network traffic load requirements of the campus network and the all-in-one card private network on campus, we have built a separate private network for the parking management system to avoid increasing the network traffic burden of the campus network and the all-in-one card private network.
For the vehicle access management system server, due to the need for data interaction with the card backend, we add a card third-party proxy server and configure dual network cards on the third-party proxy server to realize the connection between the card’s private network and the system’s private network. Butt. The server itself also functions as a gatekeeper.
At the same time, the WEB service is running on the third-party proxy server of the one card, and the WEB query and online registration system involved in this scheme runs on it. Through the assigned one-card private network address, the public users of the campus network can be accessed after NAT conversion.
System topology diagram
As shown in the figure: we arrange a switch at the access point of each school gate, connect the switch from the private network of the system to the switch, and then connect to the terminal vehicle access management system workstation through the 100M network. It involves the exchange of information with the core database of the All-in-One Card, which is completed by the third-party proxy server of the All-In-One Card with dual network cards.
Physical connection
The backbone of the private network is drawn from the monitoring center, and the core switches and servers are placed in the monitoring center. Use the current campus network backbone optical fiber to continue, so that the private network can reach the information points of each school gate. The access points of the information points of the schools are placed in the communication rooms of the schools.
Machine room cabinet deployment
In this system, we have configured a dedicated 42U standard cabinet, and two DELLPCServers are used as running servers for the two subsystems.
Network emergency response
When the private network fails to communicate, the emergency measures are as follows:
Vehicle passage: The barrier control machine can store more than 8000 passage whitelists and offline storage of more than 35000 flow records, which can meet the needs of vehicle passage within a period of time. In addition, the barriers can be opened and closed by manual intervention. In the case of temporary increase of vehicles, they can be used to achieve the same through temporary card issuance or manual intervention.
Vehicle access management system
The following figure shows the overall design system diagram of the vehicle access management system:
From the above figure, we can see that in the entire vehicle access management system, there are four types of equipment configurations for all six school gates.
1. Two-lane entrance and exit separated one entry and one exit system, long-distance card reading, LED information display, computer management terminal, no temporary vehicle charging function, no guard hall.
2. Single lane exit system, special temporary car toll exit, and toll gate.
3. Two-lane entrance and exit separated one entry and one exit system, long-distance card reading, LED information display, two-way barriers and barriers, computer management terminal, no temporary vehicle charging function, no guard hall.
4. Two-lane entrance and exit integrated one entry and one exit system, with a safety island in the middle of the passage, long-distance card reading, LED information display screen, two-way barriers and barriers, computer management terminals, with temporary vehicle charging functions, and guard halls are located on the safety island.
Entrance control equipment
Entrance control equipment includes entrance control machine, barriers, long-distance card reading system, LED information display, image capture equipment, and vehicle inspection equipment.
The principle block diagram of the entrance control equipment is shown in the figure below.
Application of RFID radio frequency identification system
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), as a high-tech for fast, real-time and accurate information collection and processing, has been recognized by the world as one of the top ten important technologies in the 21st century. It has broad application prospects in the fields of production, sales and circulation.
The RFID system is an automatic identification technology that uses induction, radio waves or microwave energy for non-contact two-way communication to achieve information acquisition and data exchange. It automatically recognizes the target object and obtains relevant data through radio frequency signals, and the recognition work does not require human intervention.
In this system, all fixed vehicles use RFID technology to complete the long-distance non-stop recognition of vehicle identity. Through the installation, debugging and operation of the system, we have a further understanding of the application of RFID technology in the parking management system, and accumulation More experience and lessons have been learned, which are mainly reflected in the following points:
Due to the high directivity requirements of the RFID long-distance read head antenna, the passage of vehicles should be standardized as much as possible.
When the position and direction of the reading head cannot guarantee the normal reading of the smart card, the vehicle speed should be reduced as much as possible.
The RFID long-distance card reading system is easily affected by heavy rain.
The RFID long-distance card reading system is easy to be interfered by mobile communication base stations and should be avoided as much as possible.
During the installation and commissioning process, attention should be paid to avoid mutual interference between the entrance and exit card readers.
System functions
The overall function of the system
Internal and authorized vehicles (including VIP vehicles) that do not have long-distance passive smart proximity cards use campus IC cards to enter and exit the campus.
When a vehicle enters or exits at any school gate, the capture camera will automatically capture the image of the vehicle and compare the images of the entering and exiting vehicles.
The computer management terminal can monitor the dynamic images of multiple vehicles entering and exiting the venue at the same time.
The computer management terminal can set charging standards or print statistical reports, etc.
Export control equipment
Export control equipment includes exit control machines, barriers, remote card reading systems, image capture equipment, and vehicle inspection equipment.
The principle block diagram of the export control equipment is shown in the figure below:
All entry and exit data, image information, IC card and remote smart card related information in the system are stored in the dedicated server of the vehicle entry and exit management system. The computer management terminal in this system does not register and edit fixed user cards. All user information comes from User card database on campus network.
The information display screen at the entrance of the school gate not only displays the registered license plate number of the entering vehicle, but also displays welcome, warning, prohibition and other information as needed, and the content can be changed by the school management department as needed.
Vehicle identity management: The dedicated server of the vehicle access management system uses the third-party proxy server of the campus all-in-one card private network to synchronously obtain internal and authorized vehicle files.
Vehicle information reading: For internal and authorized vehicles, the long-distance passive smart sensor card (electronic tag) carried by the vehicle is read by an RFID long-distance card reader. For internal vehicles without a long-distance card, the campus IC The card is swiped on the entrance and exit control machine for identification, and the authorization confirmation of the vehicle identity is completed by comparing with the user data in the dedicated server for vehicle entry and exit.
For temporary vehicles, the reading is completed at the same time that the ticket issuance machine of the entrance control machine automatically picks up the ticket.
Temporary vehicle ticket collection: When a temporary vehicle enters the venue, the ground-sensing coil is triggered. At this time, the LED display and voice will prompt the owner of “please collect the ticket”. At this time, the owner can press the ticket pickup button on the control panel to issue the ticket The machine prints out the paper ticket; after picking up the ticket, both the LED display and the voice will prompt the car owner “please enter the parking lot, please exit from the XX school gate”.
In the mode of taking the ticket and entering the venue, if there is no car, the ticket cannot be taken, so as to prevent people from maliciously stealing the paper ticket; at the same time, if the owner does not enter the venue after taking the ticket, the paper ticket will be regarded as an invalid ticket.
Information recording: When reading remote cards, IC cards and paper tickets, the system automatically records the time of entry, entry location, vehicle information, and identity of the car owner.
Central control and management functions of the dedicated server for vehicle access management
The dedicated server of the vehicle access management system synchronously obtains the file information of internal and authorized vehicles through the third-party proxy server of the campus all-in-one card private network.
The management functions of IC card authorization issuance, data modification, loss reporting/unreporting, card return, emptying and recycling, etc. are completed by the campus all-in-one card private network.
Management function: The dedicated server of the vehicle access management system can perform automatic statistics and query of data according to parameters such as card number, paper ticket number, time, date, week, month, and year. Client management can be performed, and the client can independently perform single-module running operations through authorization.
System and digital campus platform and all-in-one card docking function
The card information is synchronized with the data of the vehicle access management system.
The shared information in the shared database platform is synchronized with the data of the vehicle access management system.
The vehicle WEB online registration system developed based on the unified identity authentication platform will run in the campus all-in-one card information portal after integration.
WEB online query function for vehicle entry and exit. Based on the implementation of a unified identity authentication platform and information portal, hierarchical authorization, unauthorized users can only query their own information, and authorized users can query all users’ entrance and exit records.
WEB online registration and data synchronization system
The goal of building
In the traditional vehicle access management system, the vehicle list information is registered to the vehicle access control machine through manual registration or manual batch import. That is, the administrator of the vehicle access management system needs to manually obtain the registration information of the registered users, including the card information of the passage. , And then register the card information to the entrance and exit control machine of each school gate. The system requires compatibility with campus cards and long-distance RFID cards. The campus card may be changed (card loss report, replacement with a new card). When the card is reported lost or replaced, it cannot be notified to each gate in time according to the traditional model. Vehicle entrance and exit control machine. Therefore, if the registration process follows the traditional model, it will become a bottleneck for system operation.
Since the application of the digital campus has taken shape, the all-in-one card and related identity information have been able to realize real-time interaction based on the basic software platform of the digital campus, and the school teachers and students have developed to query and obtain relevant information on the information portal (such as book borrowing information, dormitory) Power consumption information, access control and attendance information) are good habits, and in the process of users logging in to the portal, they are strictly verified by the unified identity authentication platform to ensure the uniqueness and legitimacy of users. Therefore, in this system, we have planned a set of vehicle WEB online registration system based on the three major platforms of digital campus (shared database, information portal, unified identity authentication system) to realize convenient vehicle registration function and solve the problem of system operation. Bottleneck problem.
System function design
The whole system consists of four major functional modules, including authentication access part, data synchronization service part, WEB online registration part and portal display part.
The functional structure diagram is as follows:
Functional structure diagram authentication access
The system authentication access function includes two parts: card authentication identification access and system WEB authentication access.
Card authentication recognition access
During the passage of vehicles, registered teachers and students can read the smart card through the RFID remote reading head on the entrance and exit control machine to realize identity recognition.
The card serial number of the registered card information is stored on the entrance and exit control machine. In the process of swiping the card, it is judged whether the card is in the white list of the control machine. In case of card loss or update, the serial number will be replaced.
WEB authentication access
The unified identity authentication platform of the school adopts UnidentityServer as the authentication server and DirectoryServer as the directory server for user data storage. Currently, it has provided unified identity identification (SSO) for multiple systems on campus.
The school’s current unified identity authentication platform is shown in the following figure:
Schematic diagram of the authentication and identification of the unified identity authentication platform
The WEB access part of this system will adopt the mode of replacing the IDS authentication interface to achieve seamless authentication integration.
Data synchronization service
The data synchronization service includes several functions such as card data change monitoring, identity data change monitoring, card data synchronization, identity data synchronization, data decentralization controller, and data collection services.
Card data change monitoring and identity data change monitoring are used to monitor the changes of sensitive information. When the information changes, the database data in the system is updated through the synchronization service, and the information in the remote vehicle entrance and exit control machine is updated through the data download function. The data collection service is used to collect traffic information and provide WEB query, analysis and statistics.
WEB online registration
The WEB online registration function is used for teachers and students in the school to submit vehicle traffic information online. Since the system includes card information during the synchronization process, and the user submits the application process through real-name authentication, the user pass registration can be completed directly online.
The online registration system has three functions: application information submission, application information review, and review information decentralization.
Portal show
Mainly enable users to query vehicle entry and exit records and registered vehicle information on campus online in real time. The query can be based on school gate, student number, entry and exit date, name, department, unit, license plate number, and start and end dates as query conditions ; Personnel information can display photo information, and the photo data is collected from the all-in-one card photo library. Ordinary users can only query their own vehicle entry and exit records.
