2. System workflow
1. Place a metal-proof electronic tag on the bottom of the drawer of the storage cabinet, the size of which is 50mm×35mm×1.2mm, and place an IO reading head of the electronic tag under the tag. About 1-2 cm, the size of the label, the size of the reading head, the reading and writing distance, and the location of each can be determined according to the actual use environment of the user.
2. When someone pulls out or pushes in the drawer, the label on the bottom plate passes through the reading and writing range of the reading head below as the drawer moves in and out. The reading head will quickly recognize the label within a short distance, and the reading and writing times can be controlled by software. , When the tag stays in the read-write range of the reader, you can set the data to be read only once. When the tag leaves the read-write range and then returns to the read-write range, the tag is re-identified for the second time. This prevents multiple readings of the label.
3. When the reader reads the tag ID number, it will immediately upload the data to the system database including basic information such as card reading date, time, and card reader number. It is convenient for the system to query and print reports, etc.
