Three, working principle

1. Preparation

According to the needs of the inspection work, arrange the inspection work on the PC, and plan the inspection line, work content and key points. And wirelessly download all work-related information to the PDA.

2. Arrive at work point

PDA arranges according to the work content, combines GIS map information, uses GPS system, guides the staff to arrive at the work point.

3. Carry out a certain point of work

After reaching a certain point, the work sheet on the handheld computer can be opened to perform inspection and data collection work.

If it does not reach a specific range, data cannot be recorded and collected. This function can be realized by relying on the following two points:

A. After GPS point positioning, activate the corresponding task list.

B. The location point device has a built-in RFID electronic tag, and the task list is activated after identification with a handheld terminal; this method is easy to prevent counterfeiting and copy.

C. The location point equipment is marked with an encrypted bar code. After the handheld terminal reads the bar code, the activation task list is not reproducible due to the combination of GPS positioning information.

3) Download user inspection tasks: download user inspection tasks and related materials from the server through GSM/GPRS/CDMA/EDGE wireless communication according to the user’s login identity in the system.

4) Provide equipment optional defect codes: According to the different equipment currently inspected, the corresponding common defect codes are given. The user only needs to select the code, and the corresponding defect can be recorded in the database.

5) Handwritten record defects: For special defects, the system provides handwritten records as an auxiliary means.

6) Supervision in place: Using the global positioning system, you can reliably confirm whether the user is in place.

7) Configuration management: Provide administrators with access to the management system. For example, update user information, add new device information, etc.

2. Server-side functions

The server side is mainly used to connect to the database, manage data, modify passwords, and complete the upload/download of data between the server and the PDA, which can satisfy any computer on the LAN with the system to query and analyze the data of the line patrol service .

1) Line patrol business management: formulate line patrol plans, develop corresponding line patrol plans for different users, and generate corresponding equipment data.

2) Write back the completion of the line inspection task: upload the user’s current inspection result to the server database.

3) In-place inspection supervision statistics: According to the pole tower coordinates and inspection coordinates, inspection time, statistics of inspection in place.

4) Defect management: Check the defect status of the line. Including newly added defect records, defect elimination situation.
