[ad_1]
1. Introduction to the system
The intelligent monitoring system for aquaculture environment is developed for the development needs of intensive, high-yield, high-efficiency, ecology and safety in aquaculture. It is developed based on the Internet of Things technologies such as intelligent sensing, wireless sensor network, communication, intelligent processing and intelligent control, and collects water quality environment. An aquaculture Internet of Things system with functions such as online parameter collection, intelligent networking, wireless transmission, intelligent processing, early warning information release, decision support, remote and automatic control. This system is a major achievement of the National 863 Program “Intensive Aquaculture Digital Integrated System” hosted by the China-Europe Agricultural Information Technology Research Center of China Agricultural University.
Farmers can use mobile phones, PDAs, computers and other information terminals to grasp the environmental information of aquaculture water quality in real time, obtain abnormal alarm information and water quality warning information in time, and adjust the control equipment in real time based on the water quality monitoring results to realize scientific breeding and management of aquaculture , And ultimately achieve the goals of energy saving, consumption reduction, environmental protection, and increase in production and income.
2. System composition
The system is composed of water quality monitoring station, aeration control station, on-site and remote monitoring center and other subsystems.
The water quality monitoring station can be equipped with dissolved oxygen sensors, pH sensors, water level sensors, salinity sensors, turbidity sensors, etc., together with intelligent data collectors, mainly to realize the online collection, processing and transmission of water quality environmental parameters of the farm.
The aeration control station includes a wireless control terminal, a distribution box, an air compressor and aeration and aeration pipes (or aerators). The wireless control terminal gathers the information collected by the water quality monitoring station, and according to the demand for dissolved oxygen of different breeding species, Control the action of aeration equipment through an algorithm model.
The on-site monitoring center includes WSN wireless access point and on-site monitoring computer. The data gathered by the wireless control terminal is summarized to the on-site monitoring computer through the wireless access point. The user can query the water quality parameter data locally, and the monitoring computer analyzes and processes the data at the same time. Make control decisions and send control instructions to the distribution box through the wireless access point.
The remote monitoring center receives the data information gathered by the wireless control terminal through the GPRS remote access point. The user can remotely query the water quality information through mobile phones, PDAs, computers and other information terminals. At the same time, the data can be analyzed and processed to make control decisions. Control oxygenation equipment.
3. Features and innovation
1) The dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, conductivity, water level, turbidity and other intelligent water quality sensors used are all invention patents of China Agricultural University. They have self-recognition, self-correction, self-compensation functions and general digital serial ports, and they have good Interchangeability, easy to update and maintain the equipment, and the price is 1/6 to 1/10 of the price of foreign products.
2) The developed wireless sensor network has the characteristics of flexible networking and ultra-low power consumption. The wireless single-hop communication distance is not less than 500m. Through wireless relay and buffer technology, it can cover a breeding farm of 10 square kilometers.
3) The wireless network devices are powered by 3.0V batteries, with low voltage and low power consumption, and are supplemented by solar energy, eliminating wiring, reducing equipment costs, convenient on-site installation, suitable for long-term monitoring in the field, and energy saving .
4) The system integrates intelligent sensing, intelligent processing and intelligent control. The system has a high level of automation, accurate monitoring, timely control and low energy consumption.
5) The system provides mobile phone SMS remote control function, and provides 3G and 4G mobile phone video monitoring interfaces, which can realize remote monitoring in any place where there is a mobile phone signal.
6) The system provides cloud computing services, which is especially suitable for aquaculture water body epidemics, diseases, emergency decision-making services and aquaculture information consultation on a large scale (up to districts, counties, and even provinces).
7) The use of this system has achieved organic integration with facility fishery technology, ecological restoration, and healthy aquaculture technology, and comprehensive monitoring and restoration of water quality can improve the aquaculture environment, enable aquatic products to grow in a suitable environment, and enhance aquatic products’ production. Disease resistance, reducing and avoiding the occurrence of large-scale diseases, thereby effectively improving the yield and quality of aquatic products.
8) The size of the breeds cultivated by this system is enlarged, the total output is increased, and the pollution of the surrounding water environment by aquaculture is reduced, which has significant economic and social benefits and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
