[ad_1]
1. The significance and value of antique shop management system integration
By establishing an invoicing software system, anti-theft system, and RFID integrated system, you can avoid the trouble of manually inputting product information and product safety inspection information, and use modern computer science technology and RFID technology to facilitate rapid data transmission and effective and convenient The data management method provides a convenient and quick way to record, count and query the antique product name, unit price information, and in and out of warehouse information, realize the information sharing of antique product information and other functional modules, and at the same time ensure that this information can be obtained in a timely manner Update and maintenance. At the same time, anti-theft technology is used to prevent the theft of valuables in the store and ensure the safety of the items.
The antique RFID integrated system, antique security inspection information and antique inventory management are added to the antique store integrated management system as three independent functional modules to realize the effective management of antique security inspection materials and accurately determine the entry and exit of antiques. It is convenient to know the dynamic situation of the antiques in the store at any time, monitor the antiques in time, and achieve accurate, efficient and dynamic management.
2. Design of an antique shop management integrated system
1. Business requirements
According to the requirements put forward by the store, there are the following three aspects:
(1) Determine the type and quantity of all applied labels of the collection;
(2) Put the label on the collection;
(3) Clarify the overall business process and functions (including remote, inventory, anti-theft, query, unit price, purchase, sales, and storage, pos machine service terminal, etc.).
2. General drawing of the design of the integrated business process of the antique shop management system
Figure 1: Schematic diagram of the overall business process of the antique shop
According to the demand of antique shops, design a complete and comprehensive antique shop management system flow chart. The following describes the functions according to the flow chart:
(1) Install POS machine service terminal
Install a touch screen POS machine as the core of the entire antique shop’s system management, directly and indirectly controlling the software and hardware of the entire antique shop. With the POS service terminal as the platform, it can be used as the server of invoicing software, as the computer control terminal of the entire RFID system, and also the PC terminal connected to the label printer to print. In addition, the monitoring and anti-theft system also uses the POS machine as the control terminal.
(2) Invoicing software management system
Invoicing software management system is a platform for managing and controlling business processes such as warehousing, inquiry, unit price, and inventory, and it is also the core of POS machine management. Through the invoicing software installed on the server, managers can quickly and conveniently realize purchasing, sales, and inventory management, thereby reducing errors, improving efficiency, and facilitating monitoring.
(3) RFID system integration business process
Install a fixed long-distance reader at the upper and lower entrances of the antique shop; attach a soft electronic tag to each antique item to identify the identity of each item. These soft electronic tags can be recycled. Each item must be scanned at the front desk, and the identity of the item on the POS machine must be eliminated. When passing through the gate, the fixed reader will not send an alarm from the engine. Otherwise, it will alarm automatically. This application is similar to the anti-theft access control of supermarkets and shopping malls.
Equipped with two handheld smart mobile readers, one is used for inventory in the store, and the other is used to collect data in and out of the warehouse at the front desk.
(4) Identification label application
Equipped with a TSC TTP-244Plus label printer and a number of self-adhesive coated paper, which are mainly used to identify the identity of antique items, so that customers can understand the name, year, price, number and other information of the antique at a glance.
3. Detailed introduction of hardware system integration application
1. Application of fixed readers and handheld smart mobile readers
Figure 2: Application flow chart of fixed readers and electronic tags
As shown in the figure, more than 150 antique items are affixed with soft electronic tags to identify the identity of each item. The fixed reader/writer installed at the entrance of the store can prevent antique items that have not been scanned by the front desk from being brought out of the store. Such management can not only prevent theft, but also facilitate the staff to take inventory and collect data in and out of the warehouse. The working principle of the fixed reader is shown in the figure below:
Figure 3: Working principle diagram of RFID fixed reader system
At the same time, it is equipped with two or three handheld smart mobile readers for staff inventory and warehousing data collection. Through the collector, relevant information can be directly sent to the server terminal, which improves the efficiency of staff entering item-related data and reduces Manually entered errors, convenient and effective management of antique shops. The working principle diagram of the handheld reader is as follows:
Figure 4: Work flow chart of RFID handset and fixed reader
2. Identification label application
Equipped with one TSC TTP-244Plus label printer and several self-adhesive labels. It is mainly used to identify the identity of antique items. It is convenient for customers to understand the name, year, price, number and other information of the antique at a glance. After the customer understands the simple information about the antique, they can make a preliminary judgment on what they want to purchase and reduce the number of related personnel. The commentary greatly improves work efficiency. The business flow chart of identification label application is as follows:
