1. Start the computer automatically

As shown in the figure above, the client computer is a win7 operating system. After booting and installing the software, the card swiping system software will automatically run after booting. The interface will remind the teacher to swipe the card. The effect is shown in Figure 1, and the content is “Please swipe the card to use the device”. At this time, the user can operate the keyboard and mouse on the computer without any effect. If the card is not swiped or the card does not have permission, pressing OK will have no effect. Only when the card is authorized, the prompt box will disappear when the card is swiped.
2. Card Issuing Management
For the first use, install the software, and after the USB is inserted into the card issuer, the interface will pop up “Please swipe the card to use the device”, as shown in Figure 1. At this time, the manager can enter the system by swiping the card with the management card provided by the manufacturer, as shown in the figure. 2 shown.

The administrator can click “issue card”, and the system will pop up the “card issue management” interface, as shown in Figure 3. The administrator swipes the school card, the ID number of the card is automatically obtained on the system, and the administrator can choose to issue a “normal card” “Or “management card”, the authority of the ordinary card is only to use the instrument, and the authority of the management card adds the functions of query and card issuance.
In a card issuance event, after selecting an event, the right mouse button will prompt that the person can “report lost”. The purpose is that when a student graduates or the card is lost, the administrator can cancel the card’s permission, and when the card is regained, it will be reissued. One card is enough.

The student’s all-purpose card only has user rights. When the computer is turned on, the interface prompts “please swipe card”, as shown in Figure 1. After swiping the card and using it, click the system icon in the lower right corner, and the system will pop up the “Logout” prompt, as shown in Figure 4. As shown, only the “Logout” function is available, and the “Inquiry” and “Card Issuing” functions are not available.

When the administrator logs in to use the instrument, he can also query the usage status of all students. After the administrator swipes his card, press the “query” button in Figure 2, and the system can call up the usage records. The effect diagram is shown in Figure 5. After the leader’s query, he also presses the “Logout” button in Figure 2 to return to the interface in Figure 1, and can only be used by swiping the card again.
