Chaolun RFID fixed asset management system
[ad_1]
1. System overview
Fixed assets are an important part of the assets of government agencies. Because fixed assets have high value, long service life, scattered use locations, and many related responsible personnel, it is not easy to achieve one-to-one correspondence between accounts, cards, and objects in actual work. , It brings certain difficulties to the use, supervision, change, replacement, maintenance, loss, inventory cleaning and other tasks of the physical objects. The establishment of an integrated fixed asset management platform with accurate data and consistent accounts will have a positive impact on data report statistics, asset structure analysis, asset evaluation, and asset procurement budgets.
2. Chaolun RFID fixed asset management system
The system uses the combination of UHF RFID technology and software technology to realize the management of fixed assets. RFID technology is an automatic identification technology produced and developed in the application of computers. It is designed to realize automatic scanning of information.
The system installs RFID tags on each fixed asset that needs to be managed, and installs RFID readers on the channels where the fixed assets may flow. The upper computer system divides the fixed assets into areas or classification management. When the fixed assets move, the system automatically tracks Its location, and determine the new location, use handheld devices when taking inventory of fixed assets, and write device information into tags in time.
RFID is by far the most advanced and practical automatic identification technology, which has the following advantages:
(1) Easy to make. The label is easy to make, and the scanning operation is simple and easy.
(2) Reliable and accurate. There is information available for checking keyboard input, on average, one error per 300 characters, and RFID input, on average, one error per 15,000 characters. If the check digit is added, the error rate is one in ten million.
(3) The information collection speed is fast. The keyboard entry speed of an ordinary computer is 200 characters/minute, and the speed of using RFID to scan and enter information is 20 times that of keyboard entry.
(4) The amount of information collected is large. The tag can store 16K bytes and can record all the information of fixed assets.
RFID is widely used in many aspects such as commodity production, circulation, transportation, asset management, membership card management and so on.
Three, system composition
The system consists of database server, management software, RFID reader, handheld terminal, card issuer, and RFID tag.
Database server
Used to store all data in the system, taking into account the speed requirements and price factors of fixed asset data reading, using SQL Server 2000 database.
Management software
It is planned to adopt the B/S structure for development, and all client computers in the local area network can use this software. In this way, the leaders of the customs can check the changes made to the assets by the subordinate units at any time.
The management software is the core of the system. The software functions include barcode printing, asset addition, change, maintenance, scrapping, depreciation, borrowing, allocation and use of departments, use of department changes, management authority setting, asset exchange between departments, batch transfer, Various report printing, combined query, use expiration alarm, etc. For each fixed asset, all information about the asset from purchase, put into use, and even scrap can be queried.
1) Asset daily operation management function
It mainly includes daily work such as adding, modifying, transferring, borrowing, returning, repairing, and scrapping fixed assets. Each fixed asset can also be attached with an asset photo to facilitate viewing of images of valuables.
2) Additional custom attributes for assets
In addition to the common attributes of the assets (such as the date of purchase, the original value of the assets), different equipment may also need to record its unique attributes, such as color, material, and origin for furniture, while for medium and large equipment There may be weight, size, etc. The software supports different types of assets to customize different attributes.
3) Label management
According to the selected fixed assets, labels that can be pasted on the physical objects of the fixed assets are automatically generated, so that each item can be checked.
4) Inventory function
First download all asset information of the department to be counted on the handheld, and then scan the fixed assets one by one. For each item scanned, the relevant information of the item is displayed on the handheld. When counting, you can check the item details that have not been counted on the handheld at any time.
After the inventory is completed, the inventory profit schedule, inventory loss schedule, and inventory summary table can be generated by location, department or even room number.
5) Depreciation of assets
It can support several depreciation formulas, and apply different depreciation formulas to calculate depreciation expenses for different equipment. Monthly depreciation of fixed assets can be accrued, monthly depreciation reports can be printed, and depreciation can be manually entered and adjusted.
6) Asset retirement
A scrap application form can be printed out in the system, and this form can be used as an attachment to go through the scrap approval process on the customs office platform. You can register and query asset sale information.
7) Historical asset query
For scrapped and depleted assets, the system will store the information of these assets separately in the historical database. All records in the entire life cycle of these assets can be viewed in the system. The advantage of this is that the query speed of historical assets is faster and the query is more convenient; the other is that the relevant information of the existing assets in use is retrieved faster.
8) Monthly report of fixed assets
Query classified statistical monthly (annual) reports according to conditions such as unit, department, time, etc., increase fixed assets monthly report this month, reduce fixed assets monthly report this month, fixed asset depreciation monthly report (annual report), and provide printing functions.
9) Comprehensive inquiry of fixed assets
You can inquire about a single item or a batch of fixed assets. The query conditions include asset category, purchase date, purchaser, supplier, user department, net asset value, asset name, specifications, etc. All query reports can be exported to Excel.
10) System maintenance function
There are mainly asset classification definitions, exit method definitions (withdrawal methods include scrap, loss, etc.), purchase method definitions (purchase, superior transfer, equal transfer, and gift from outside units), warehouse definition, department definition, custodian definition, etc.
11) Security management function
(1) Password management function: maintain account numbers and passwords.
(2) Authority control function: divide users into different levels to determine the user’s authority to use the system, and determine different operations according to different authority.
(3) Data encryption function: encrypt important data.
