Project idea

In warehousing material management, the corresponding electronic label is written to each material information (including material name, floor, etc.), and all electronic label information is written into the background channel management system database to facilitate real-time review and verification. The background system can accurately locate each material according to the data returned by the reader on each floor. By consulting the tag information and the floor information of the reader that reads the tag, it can grasp the floor of the material and the floor it reaches in real time. When a material needs to be moved to another floor, first apply in the background management system. After the staff perform the management operation, the relevant material can be effectively moved. If the application is not moved or moved into the warehouse to enter the floor that does not correspond to the application, the system Call the police.

1. Material exit management: When the material exits the warehouse through the floor channel, the label information on the material is recognized and collected by the reader installed here, and uploaded to the background management system through the network port of the TCP/IP protocol. The label information is judged. If it is an applied material, the system judges that it moves normally and does not respond; if it is an unapplied material, the system judges it as an illegal moving material and drives a buzzer to alarm.

Material warehousing management: When the material is put into the warehouse through the floor channel, the label information on the material is recognized and collected by the reader installed here, and uploaded to the background management system through the network port of the TCP/IP protocol. The label information is judged. If the corresponding warehousing material has been applied, the system will judge it as normal movement and no response; if it has not been applied or the wrong warehousing material on the moving floor, the system will judge it as an illegal move and drive the buzzer. Call the police.

 Application Environment

1. Install readers at the entrances and exits of each floor. Note: The standard of floor access is about 3m×3m

The trolley is surrounded by iron on three sides, and the other side is left blank. The labeled surface of the material is placed on the non-iron surface

Equipment selection

Because the label has only one direction, and there are in and out situations. Therefore, two antennas in opposite directions must be installed at each entry and exit channel to ensure that the relevant tag information can be read quickly and accurately. The split device JRVOR-9901 reader + JR3085A antenna is selected, and the LAN network interface is used for data transmission.
