The system is divided into 6 parts:
Smart cabinet management personnel: including personnel card number, job number, name, department information, etc., used to specify who can open which smart cabinets and apply for approval authority management for removing items.
Smart cabinet basic information management: including smart cabinet ID, location, communication parameters (IP address, etc.).
Register important item information: including item number, name, registration time, etc. The system uses RFID reader to write this information into the tamper-evident electronic tag.
Real-time monitoring and data collection of important items in the smart cabinet: personnel swipe the card (brand) on the smart cabinet and then open the door after verifying the identity of the personnel. The personnel put in/take out the items, and the smart cabinet stores the changes of important items through the network in real time Go to the system database, the system can set the frequency of real-time collection of item lists.
System alarm: It is recommended to customize the alarm conditions in the system, such as:
a. When the item list in the smart cabinet does not match the specified item list (serial number, quantity)

The data manager uses the CMC812 to log important item information into the system and uses CMC152 to write the item information into the tamper-evident electronic tag.
