Program overview
The necessary condition for establishing an IP simulcast communication network is: the location of the relay station should have network interface conditions to realize the IP interconnection of base stations. The network interface can be the internal LAN of the enterprise or the Internet wide area network. In the first phase, 10 base stations are planned to be erected, of which the locations of 8 base stations are selected from 16 monitoring points, and the monitoring points with high terrain and meeting network conditions are selected as much as possible, so as to achieve the best signal coverage conditions. Base stations that do not have the network access conditions can be remotely accessed using MOTOROLA’s Canoppy wireless bridge and other equipment.
According to the location distribution, the system is divided into two large areas, the west area and the east area. Each area has a district dispatch center. The district dispatch center is composed of a dispatch station PC and a MOTOTRBO vehicle-mounted station, which is connected to a certain base station wirelessly nearby.
The command center is located in the municipal fire prevention headquarters, and a base station is set up at the headquarters to be responsible for the coverage of the command center dispatching station and other mobile terminals.
Another mobile sub-center base station is set up as a backup point for the blind spots in the network, and a set of mobile command relay stations and multiple mobile terminal on-board equipment are installed to form a fire-fighting center communication network.
It is recommended to use 3 pairs of 12.5KHz frequencies for the whole system, and use different frequencies in adjacent base stations to avoid co-frequency interference.
