1. System significance

At present, in some large-scale electronic product processing factories, some special processed products are matched in complete sets. Therefore, when the products are processed and need to be packaged, they need to be packaged in the correct matching method, and there should be no difference. Otherwise, the parts will not match and the equipment will not work normally.

The previous solution was to paste barcodes on the corresponding matched items. After half of the items are processed and formed, manually find the corresponding accessories through the matched barcodes. In this way, if the number of products processed on behalf of the company is small, it is okay, but , The reality is that once the workshop is processed, there are thousands of products. In this case, if you still find and match manually, the workload is quite cumbersome and also consumes considerable manpower. cost.

Currently, with our radio frequency identificationRFIDWith the development of technology, the popularization of Internet technology, the application of sensor technology, and the maturity of software development technology, the above problems can be solved by high-tech means. Let technology help us provide work efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve corporate efficiency.

The specific details are described below.

2.2 Program description

We install an RFID sound and light search electronic tag on the semi-finished products (wireless mouse and wireless keyboard) to be processed. The tag has a unique ID code. The reader can search the code to make the corresponding tag emit sound and The light reminds us to quickly find the corresponding semi-finished products (wireless mouse and wireless keyboard), and then pair it with our corresponding PC, and package the finished product.

The specific framework diagram is shown in the following article.

Figure 3 System flow chart

As shown in Figure 3, the keyboard, mouse and DG modules that need to be processed are matched and flowed into the production line in a complete set. When processing, take out each set of DG modules and assemble them directly into the PC. After completion, you need to Find the corresponding mouse and keyboard, and complete the final packaging.

Here, we take the mouse and keyboard as a whole, give him a bar code 1, and take the DG module and pc as a whole, give him another bar code 2, inside the management system, these two bar codes can be bound; after that, we give The mouse and keyboard are assigned an RFID tag with a unique ID number. At the same time, we can bind the RFID tag ID with barcode 1 and barcode 2, and physically bind the RFID sound and light tag to the mouse and keyboard box.

When a set of DG modules and PCs in the production workshop are assembled, we scan the bar code on the bar code with a bar code gun and upload the information to the management center database. The database uses some calculations to find the ID number of the RFID sound and light tag corresponding to the keyboard and mouse. Drive the RFID remote reader to send instructions to the corresponding RFID acousto-optic tag. When the acousto-optic tag receives the instruction, it sends out an acousto-optic alarm, prompting the staff to find the corresponding mouse and keyboard, and package it with the corresponding PC. After this work process is completed, the sound and light tags can be unbound and wait for the next cycle.
