Application of RFID in engine assembly line
[ad_1]
(1) Electronic label initialization
①The worker enters the engine model and output information to be produced in the 0 station PC;
②The reader writes the ID information of the electronic tag to complete the initialization of the electronic tag;
③The electronic tag with ID information is put online together with the engine tray.
(2) Read and write electronic label information
① The engine to be assembled is transported to the vicinity of the assembly station, the limit switch automatically jams the tray, and the reader obtains the data information and transmits it to the MES;
②According to the content of each electronic label, the workstation PC will display the name and model of the components that should be installed in the workstation, and cooperate with the manipulator or worker to perform the correct operation;
③After completing the job, feedback the completed job information to the MES.
④After the reader writes the station information in the electronic tag, turn on the limit switch and deliver the tray to the next station. According to the different processing information stored in the label, the engine will be delivered to the subsequent station.
(3) Extract electronic label information
①If the engine fails to pass the inspection, it will automatically enter the repair area, the reader will extract the written information, compare it with the relevant information stored in the MES, and display the cause of the failure on the repair station PC, the relevant station solutions, etc.;
②Enter the repair procedure, the repair is completed, and the repair information is written on the label;
(4) Clear the electronic label information
① The reader reads the information in the tag and stores it in the database;
②The electronic label information is cleared to facilitate recycling.
Summary: The characteristics of RFID technology are very suitable for engine assembly applications, and can easily solve the limitations and shortcomings of using QR codes. It can dynamically store the content information of each work station, realize parallel management of the assembly line, make the implementation and execution of demand planning more accurate, realize JIT, reduce the waste of time and resources, and seamlessly integrate with the manufacturing execution system (MES) , Track the assembly information of each engine, and communicate effectively with other departments, which brings considerable indirect benefits. It stores the assembly data in the electronic tag, reducing the cost of network installation. From this we found that the importance of RFID technology in the engine assembly line, RFID provides a good solution in the control of technical process and assembly information.
