1.2 Project goals

This program mainly realizes the following information data collection and processing for the number of die stamping times.

1. Complete the real-time tracking monitoring, real-time data processing and transmission of the stamping times of the die.

2. Combined with the actual situation, it is stable and reliable wireless transmission system to reduce construction.

3. If the service life is too long or the stamping times are too many, it can give an alarm.

2.1 System composition

The system is composed of information collection point, wireless transmission terminal, central server and user remote monitoring center.

2.2 System composition

1. Acquisition node

The wireless stamping times collection point adopts stable and reliable on-offsensor, This sensor is easy to install, small, stable, reliable, and low power consumption. It is very suitable for use in high-density and complex environments. The wireless stamping collection point collects the number of sensor data in real time, and then stores the result in the wireless collection point. At the same time, it can upload the accumulated collection times in real time.

2. Wireless transmission terminal

The wireless transmission terminal is a supporting equipment for the wireless collection point. According to its coverage, the wireless collection point data can be collected at the same time, and the received data can be processed, and then the processed data can be uploaded to the server in a wireless or wired manner. The content of the uploaded data includes the number of stampings, the ID number of the wireless collection point (the ID number can be used to distinguish different stamping dies), power information, etc.

3. Central server

In addition to data and network functions, the server unit is also responsible for network security, software use security, and database data security. Network security is mainly to prevent attacks, viruses and other factors; software security is to prevent non-users from using software or to crack the user name and password of data servers; database data security is to prevent accidents from causing data loss.

4. Remote monitoring center platform

It is a distributed database system of wireless sensor network to complete the monitoring and management of various sensor parameters of the nodes. Use the node ID as an index to perform efficient data query operations. Real-time information processing has the functions of measuring point command issuing, control definition, display measurement parameters, data report, graph generation, data storage, fault statistics and report, report printing and so on. All realized visualization and graphical functions, and provided technical support materials for the management department.
